And when the first 6 months was up they raised my car insurance $100 a month for no reason. Then the hail storm came and ruined my roof. When I checked my policy it was a 5% deductible, instead of 1% or 2%. Me not seeing this was partly my fault. The damage to my roof was about $15,000 and the deductible on the policy was $11,500. Then a couple months later they sent me a letter saying they messed up and owed me some money and that it was their fault. When I talked to them they said they overpaid me 50 cents. I would not recommend using Kevin Vincent because he is a weasel. AND BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR DEDUCTIBLE.
