After 30+ years with State Farm, Russ Glaze's office is the worst experience I've had. I carry six policies with him and receive virtually no service. Here's what you can expect: Nothing gets done right the first time. Rate increases are implemented without explanation. Staff turnover causes constant chaos. Most importantly: When you file a claim, expect little to no help. Over the years we've had a few no-fault hail and collision claims. Rather than advocate for us, his office provided virtually no support. We handled everything ourselves through State Farm's main channels. He also made a critical error handling my wife's professional liability insurance. We were told it was correct until we requested proof of coverage and discovered it wasn't. This mistake put her employment at risk. He functions as a mouthpiece for rate increases, not a customer advocate. I carry six policies and hear from Russ almost never. Do not use this agent. The most inept agent you could even think of workin with. My brother passed away in July 2019. They are using covid as an excuse as to why it's taken over a year to process paperwork. I got a notice that I'm over due and another that he's paid in full. That was in March. Paid again for me. They promised a refund for him. Now August and nothing. read more
