Abe knows every patch of land in Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown, and other parts of Miami. He knows the history of each building, what's coming next that could block your views, the HoA rules for each building, the heights of all buildings, and the views from each side of the building. It is mindboggling. We had assumed Abe would spend 3-4hrs with us and then let us go to do our own search. Instead, he spent multiple days with us non-stop, with some days where we even skipped meal breaks and walked around until our legs hurt.
