The doctor was a complete jerk and because she had to have special anesthesia was irritated that he had to apply it every 15 minutes. Why would someone want a needle jammed in their mouth every 15 mins if they didn't need it? She could have had her throat close up and died from it. He then proceeded to say at the end of the procedure that he was almost done so he didn't need to apply it again and it wore off. He then worked on her for 30 mins after the anesthesia wasn't working. It's been three months and she is still having problems with her mouth because of this unprofessional arrogant know it all. Needless to say, if you have any thing out of the ordinary then this doctor is not for you. He owns this place and thinks he's king of the endodontic world. Horrible customer service and I called to complain and they told me to write them a letter.
