She's 20 years old and they had previously told her it was covered then the day of service they told her it wasnot covered but it was important for her to get a crown because it was right by a nerve. She thought she'd be able to make paymenta but they said they don't offer payment plans. She didn't know what to do as she didn't have the funds. Who says that "you can't leave until you pay your bill in full."

After canceling my appointment last minute, I frantically called several local dentists for help. Cambridge Dental Center put me on an emergency triage list and I was in to see Dr. Alex within 24 hours. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and took great care of me. I had no pain through my procedure whatsoever. Their prices were much cheaper than my current dentist and their customer service was outstanding. I canceled my next cleaning with my old dentist and scheduled my next with Cambridge Dental Center. And the cherry on top was receiving a nice welcome card signed by all the staff. Thank you, Cambridge Dental Center, truly.

Dr. Peterson is very personable, and does extremely good work. Each time I go in, he always remembers something about my life and asks me how that's going--we talk baseball a lot since he's a Twins fan and I cheer for the White Sox. Much of the staff is the same as when Dr. Shorenstein was there, so it's great to see familiar faces--that combined with the great work encourages me to keep making the long drive back to Cambridge each time I need to see a dentist. But I'm sure glad I don't have to go as often as we shovel snow around here!

(I was recommended ANOTHER Dental Office by a local, but they never could answer the phone as "too busy with other patients" message was all I got). I really appreciated being able to talk to someone about my problem WHEN I called. I assumed a Crown was necessary, but Dr Pocrnich replaced my old amalgam filling with a composite filling on my single visit in about 35 minutes - Great Service and results. And should be much less expensive and certainly less time consuming.

While I have been happy with the initial service we did get, follow up visits for standard procedures seem non existent. All has been pre paid in advance as well so not a payment issue. When someone comes to a dental office for services they don't want to be harassed about money…read more Especially when you specialize in sedation dentistry you know there is anxiety involved. The front desk staff was not easy to work with and said opposing things about the REQUIRED $250.00 deposit that you WILL FORFEIT if you have to reschedule your appointment. First they said they were cancelling my appointment because they had not received a deposit even though they did not tell me I had to place a deposit for a last minute procedure. When I asked for clarification about why they thought it was ok to charge such a large amount for a missed appointment she said "we are reasonable and if there is an emergency we won't charge the missed apointment fee". So which is it? If I have to reschedule or miss the appointment, are you compensating yourself with my $250.00 deposit or can I reschedule? Not a great front end practice so and I chose to go to a better and more caring provider based on the public reviews. Healthcare providers have gotten so greedy!!!!
