I arrived for PT an overweight, out of shape old man and everyone made the work as pleasant as possible while still making sure I was doing the needed work, I know it was no easy task. Everyone took time to ask questions as we did the work and listened to me and provided feedback on what they were doing and how it was progressing. Going so far as to insult us and tell us not to come back. all the time while not even apologizing for being 3 hours late for our appointment.
