Five months later, I contacted her to discover the policy had been cancelled 25 days after issuance, but I was never informed. No phone call, no email, no notification whatsoever. It is disturbing to find out you have been uninsured for five months. Highly unprofessional way to handle business. Apparently Allstate doesn't train their agents well. I never once received an apology. I would not recommend this agent.
