Peoples refused to worked with me in any way and just made some excuse saying I didn't submit the online app properly. So now I have no health or dental insurance. Five months later, I contacted her to discover the policy had been cancelled 25 days after issuance, but I was never informed. No phone call, no email, no notification whatsoever. It is disturbing to find out you have been uninsured for five months. Highly unprofessional way to handle business. Apparently Allstate doesn't train their agents well. NO ONE notified me so my daughter and my car basically have been without insurance and I WAS NEVER CONTACTED. I called State Farm on late Friday afternoon and was told it had been cancelled the week before because I had too many claims. I had a flat tire twice and a broken windshield in the past year. None of these things was I at fault and I would have easily paid out of pocket had I known I was being cancelled. But isn't this why I've paid $300 a month for years of NO CLAIMS? I had to go on the internet to get insurance asap at Friday at 5 plus not knowing I had NO INSURANCE FOR ONE WEEK. AND ALL THE REP SAYS WAS I'M SORRY YOU WEREN'T NOTIFIED!? I know they would have had no problem contacting me if I needed to make a payment. Please even if they save you a few bucks a month DO NOT get your insurance here. This is very unsettling to me to be without insurance for a whole week with a new car. This Statefarm helped me get the insurance for a Jeep in LA so that I could get a Corporate tag for it and bring it back here to Panama City . They will help you when certain situations arrive. They always let you know early when your certain vehicle is up for renewal and if you miss the deadline, they will send you a reminder postcard and a friendly text. They have great deals on multi vehicles/ boat/ recreational too. My Car has been hit twice and they used my pictures sent in. Great service .
