I contacted him last month regarding my case for November, and he told me to contact him a few weeks before the case. When I told him I wanted to meet him at his office to sign a retainer fee and get a receipt for the payment he got quiet on the phone. He then texted me and asked for my email address which I sent to him. BUT......... He never sent me any information on last month. I've been trying to get in touch with him on his cellphone, but he wasn't responding back to me. So I called his office and the receptionist had a nasty attitude telling me she doesn't know his agenda. I asked her if he was still practicing law and if he still meet clients at his office. He finally called me back on today, because the receptionist contacted him. He told me that he said last month that he couldn't help me with my case which is a complete lie. He kept asking me how could he help me with a nasty attitude and I told him I was calling to hire him also to pay him for my case. I did my research on him and he was suspended from the bar in 2011 for a felony! He is literally lying to people that contact him and want money without any signed agreements that he's going to represent you. If I never stated that I wanted to meet him at his office, sign an agreement, and get a receipt for the payment. He most definitely wouldn't be avoiding me and then lying like he told me he couldn't take my case. He's been repetitively calling me from his cellphone, different numbers, and texting me. I told him to quit texting me and now he's literally harassing me! I blocked his personal cellphone number and several other numbers he keeps calling me from. I've never in my life thought that an attorney would act out like this towards someone. What he is doing is unethical, harassment, and obscene.
