Going to Dr. Cheney is one of the best decisions I have made for my family. From front desk to the tables you lay down on, everything is perfect. Open during COVID! Face masks required and hand sanitizer available. They're located on the second floor of the building. Restrooms are available outside of the office. Elevator and stair access. Small waiting room. You have to take of your shoes. My son gets bodywork done from her for his tongue tie revision, twisted neck, flat head, etc. lol they are extremely baby friendly: fridge for breastmilk, private room for breastfeeding, treatment during feedings/naps. You name it. She's amazing. Her hands are a blessing from God. My son always takes the best naps/sleeps after his appointments. We also just tried acupuncture for my husband. I absolutely love going to Dr.Cheney! I went to a chiro before her that did not help me and I was hesitant to go to another chiropractor. My orthopedist recommended Dr.Cheney and I thought I'd give it another shot. That was the best decision I made. She was very informative and genuinely wanted to help. We are doing a combination of acupuncture, massage and chiro. After feeling hopeless and getting frustrated with being in pain for so long I'm finally seeing progress. She even taught me how to take care of my back at home and manage back pain with a baby. Bambi at the front desk is also amazing to work with. The office is very cozy and comfortable. I had a horrible experience Brianna Cheney. Her and her mother were both doing acupuncture on me (I don't know if her mother is licensed). I was never healed after 2 months of tri-weekly treatments. The pain in my shoulders and back never went away. I gave them my insurance information the first day and they said they accepted it, but didn't tell me how much they charged for services and how much my insurance covered. In the end they came to me with a $315 bill which I told them I never agreed to from the start. They ended up selling the debt to a collection agency and ruined my credit. I can't say enough about Dr. Cheney. About two years ago I was looking for a Chiropractor after moving to LA and hadn't had much success. I found a few people and saw them once or twice, which was disheartening because I had a chiro back on the east coast I had been seeing since I was 17 and in a car accident in high school whom I loved. But he did things the old school way. And then I found Brianna. She is warm, caring, really listens to your ailments and gives you a treatment plan; stretching, exercises, acupuncture etc., to help you feel better long term, not just when you get up off the table. I even convinced my husband to start seeing her for a should injury that was ten years old, and he's seen so much improvement on his range of motion since she started working with him. My chronic headaches are being treated with great care, and my TMJ is all but gone after having ultrasound and massage work. She does it all! You won't be disappointed. read more

I must first say, with full disclosure, that I have known Brianna for many years and chose to go to her, based on the fact that I knew her. I felt that if I wasn't happy with the outcome, I would just stop going. Also, if I wasn't satisfied, I would not be writing this review. A mutual friend told me that she was seeing Dr. Cheney and so I thought I would try acupuncture in general, but with Dr. Cheney specifically. I have plantar fasciitis. It is extremely painful. I have had it since late October 2019. I had gone to a podiatrist and got a cortisone shot and a boot to wear. I had been doing that for six months. When my friend mentioned that she had Kaiser insurance and that acupuncture was covered, I decided to try it. I have gone to see Dr. Cheney about six times (once a week). I have to say that my foot feels a thousand times better. I didn't see any improvement after the first visit, but I decided that I would be diligent about this so that I could determine the effectiveness, overall of acupuncture. I have to say that, after my second visit, I saw marked improvement. Now, after about six visits, my foot is still a bit tender, and some days it hurts a little more, depending on my activity, but Dr. Cheney (and Bambie) have really may a HUGE difference in the pain of plantar fasciitis. Along those lines, my husband decided to also try acupuncture for his rotator cuff. After a few visits, the pain in his shoulder diminished. In addition, Dr. Cheney addressed a pain that he had in his foot from incorrectly stepping of a curb. He had this pain for over two years. After one visit, the pain was incredibly relieved. Besides the healing aspect, Dr. Cheney and Bambie are extremely professional, they ask questions, and they listen to the needs of the patient. If this is your first experience with acupuncture, or you're a pro with it, I would recommend visiting their office. You will not be disappointed. read more

Brianna and Bambi always make time to fit me in, despite how chaotic their schedules are (they are in high demand, and should be!) (I recently moved out of LA).
