He scheduled the MRI for me 10 minutes after my visit with him (conveniently located in his building), had the test read by a radiologist as well as reviewed it with a colleague hand expert the following afternoon. I have elected not to return as I get into pain with Darlene's rudeness and antics of promised phone calls never returned and being at 73, told off over the phone. Its a shame as if its happening to me, its happening to others. A definately stressful environment. I was just bringing all of my records today? I do not feel anyone should be medically treated with a preexisting severe injury, before notes are read and x rays viewed. Yet I have been there twice and the6 had to ask me all of the body parts broken/injured. All happens for a reason.

I thought I'd try compression therapy instead of a full massage. It was my first time at Biohack Cryo & Wellness, I usually go to Pause in Studio City but I stayed close to home this time. The location is nice and looks very clean and well maintained. They also have an infrared sauna (my favorite), cold plunge, cryotherapy as well as other services. My first impression was great, excellent customer service. I even got a discount for being a new customer. I'll definitely be back for the infrared sauna! Glad it's close to Bar Method, I could just go after class next time.

I felt so relaxed and energized afterwards. The facility was super neat. I appreciate all the amenities. The staff are very nice and friendly. They interact well their clients and have a great rapport with them as I have witnessed. Just one thing though, I wish there was more to hold onto in the cold plunge/sauna room. Lol I almost slipped but we good! Loved this place and I'm looking forward to going back!
