I brought my car in for an estimate they…read moreasked me to wait 2 weeks to bring it in for the repair so that would give them time to order the parts needed. That was no problem as my car was drivable. I took it in on the agreed upon date and waited a few days to inquire about the process. The man in charge of my repair made excuses after excuses. More than twice he'd give me information on someone else's car - could not seem to get his facts straight. I was originally told they would order a new door since mine was damaged too much for repair. After a week and a half I was told they tried to repair the door anyway but it wouldn't close. So they had to at that point order a new door which would take longer to get in. ( kinda thought that's why I originally waited two weeks to begin with) After over two weeks I got my car and the repair was just ok! Very, very disappointed on the customer service I received. No one would call and update me on what was happening and when I would car I wouldn't hear accurate information. I was constantly hearing how things weren't going smoothly when I called because of the COVID - personally it sounded like a bogus excuse!! Very VERY DISAPPOINTED. !! Do not recommend !! Management needs serious help!! After using this place in the past - this was the worst !
