Great communication and very professional. They had to move the appointment out a day strictly because of weather but showed up the next day on time (actually early) and keep me in the loop the entire time. They used all their own supplies including water for washing and power. Spent a couple hours making the car look like it did when I drove it off the lot 3 years ago.

When I notified them about the…read moreGroupon, they said they don't accept it and they'd work on getting my refund, which entailed them talking on the phone for 1-2 hours because Groupon doesn't pay them. They allegedly did reach out to Groupon, per a screenshot of an email regarding the refund being processed. When I reached out to Yanas requesting with a specific date and time on the email (it was cutoff in the screenshot) and saying it was a scam, they blocked me. I reached out to Groupon and this is the proof they said they needed (an email from the vendor) and I shared with them what I received from Yanas. It turns out, it had a fake reference number at the bottom. I reached back out to Yanas and they blocked me and the text was never received. This company is A SCAM AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BLOCK YOU. DO NOT USE!

A black gentleman was leaving the first bay on the left facing the building asking me if he could help me. I responded I would like a car wash, he respond that it would be a while I said OK I have nothing better to do today. He then stated it will be a long while and then counted the cars ahead of me, 6. He snappily said each car takes 45 minutes to an hour so it would be 5 to 6 hours. I asked how I get inline. He responded you have to call for an appointment then got in a vehicle Really, I was right there and he couldn't schedule an appointment. Also it appears to have 3 wash bays so why a 5 to 6 hour wait my math says about 2-3 hours. Definitely not a good first impression of Kingly Hand Wash & Wax. I will look else somewhere else to support my local businesses.

The wash was originally priced for over $70. After I made a status on Facebook about the horrible service I received; I was attacked with words by not only the owner but some of the workers as well. If I could upload pictures of what I received a lot of you would second guess going to support such scam artists. If you're a woman wanting services: please bring a male along!!! Because I learned that a lot of automotive workers (like Kingly) find pure pleasure in scamming/getting over on women. Honestly because most of us aren't properly acquainted with such jobs.

I purchased a 2008 Mercedes M class sw from this business on October 7th 2003…read moreThings started going left pretty fast 1st I realized that the key did not work I went back to the dealership and I was told that I needed a new key I was told to get the replacement and I would be reimbursed The key was was $225 Mike immediately refunded me half I thought that was strange because I feel like if you buy a vehicle It should def come with a working key So I posted a review Mike contacted me and he after a conversation refunded the full amount. At this point I was satisfied. Then 8 days later I found myself flying thru a red light and right into traffic The brake lines went out With my 7 yr old in the backseat I was livid But I do realize what AS IS means so I had them fixed Then 7 days later the car shut off in traffic Once again another scary ass situation I also received my title and noticed that there was about 1200$ in overcharges on my sales bill So I called Mike and after discussing everything he agreed to refund me $300. My vehicle at this point was broken down and I had to have a mobile mechanic come look at it I was told the vehicle needed a crankshift sensor replaced and there were 7 other codes showing and it was leaking antifreeze Mike is a nice guy but I'm wondering how a nice guy could be selling essential DEATH TRAPS I had the sensor replaced and the car still isn't starting All of this and I haven't even received my hard plates yet I am terrified to even drive this car after all of these incidents I asked Mike to swap me out a new vehicle He refused I have contacted my attorney But I feel that people should know the kinds of cars he is selling I wanted a car that was safe and reliable I got a scary "death trap" Buyer Beware!!!
