I went to the shop and asked the Hispanic worker in charge about my mount and he showed me the horns still hanging on the rack and mannequin head untouched. I asked for the horns and refund, He copped an attitude and said NO!, he would have the mount ready in two and half weeks. Well that did happen. and Poor quality, poor service and poor response. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about going there.

When we picked it up, it was not mounted to the wood plaque. We were told we didn't pay for it even though it is listed on our order form. They do not explain pricing well and if the plaque really was an extra fee, then they are too pricey. I would not recommend this place and will not go back.

I had a blue goose mounted to match the snow they had mounted years before and the bird was in the wrong position and was roughed up they met me in the middle of the issue and I am grateful for that. things might have changed but that was my dog's last retreave. all of my shoulder mounts are from them and I will continue to use them because - good customer service and work on mammals - they made up for their paperwork issue and have not let me down since. I would have posed photos but we lost most of our mounts in a fire about a year ago. I wanted to post this to raise their rating here. They deserve more recognition because they do great work and if something is not right they make it right.

This company is unresponsible for payment. Cheating / stealing out of its vendors. We, Quality Reefer Service Inc had serviced on one of its refrigerated container which it had problem with cooling, end up we've to replaced new compressor, modified system due it's too old, as Fred / Vicky agreed to terms & conditions. Got unit up & running as specs. Customer / Quality Fur Dressing (Fred is the owner, Vicky is a accounting personnel) refused to pay invoices. They will not answer the phone / email. Send our people over to collect, they're hiding. After lot of attempted, we send to collection agency, they're also refused to pay. Now, we're on our way to file mechanic lien on them. All Quality Fur Dressing vendors, warning, do not lend them any extension credit, do not step on our shoes, you will be screw like we're now.
