I had a blue goose mounted to match the snow they had mounted years before and the bird was in the wrong position and was roughed up they met me in the middle of the issue and I am grateful for that. things might have changed but that was my dog's last retreave. all of my shoulder mounts are from them and I will continue to use them because - good customer service and work on mammals - they made up for their paperwork issue and have not let me down since. I would have posed photos but we lost most of our mounts in a fire about a year ago. I wanted to post this to raise their rating here. They deserve more recognition because they do great work and if something is not right they make it right.

I went to the shop and asked the Hispanic worker in charge about my mount and he showed me the horns still hanging on the rack and mannequin head untouched. I asked for the horns and refund, He copped an attitude and said NO!, he would have the mount ready in two and half weeks. Well that did happen. and Poor quality, poor service and poor response. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about going there.

Not impressed. They had a special for $75 for a European mount and all advertising did not specify…read morefor a specific animal. When we arrived the price was $130 for our aoudad and when questioned, we were told the special was just for white tail. Since we were there already we left it. When we picked it up, it was not mounted to the wood plaque. We were told we didn't pay for it even though it is listed on our order form. They do not explain pricing well and if the plaque really was an extra fee, then they are too pricey. I would not recommend this place and will not go back.

if you are a treasure hunter-- this should be on your treasure hunting list!…read more they have excellent finds and they know it, because the prices are high!!! or at least the pieces i found were expensive. bring your walking shoes, and get ready to get your steps in while you hunt! there is a snack bar conveniently located in the center of the gallery, which is an excellent idea! in the midst of all that shopping you may need a little bev or bite. however, i was on a mission no i did not partake in any of the gallery's culinary delights. don't be alarmed if someone who works there asks to hold the items for you at the front. they are very sweet. i know going thrifting can feel like you're on a battlefield and you have to protect your bounty... but don't worry one of the sweet ladies at the antique gallery will confidently babysit your treasures behind the counter. i popped in on a weekday morning and it was absolute perfection. it was quiet, and not a lot of customers. i actually had a ball all by myself hunting for treasures. definitely check it out, and happy hunting! c.

I had read briefly about them online and wanted some more information. I was very offended at her snarky attitude and I did not find her tone appropriate, especially as a first impression. I would recommend that the staff be trained in proper phone etiquette.
