I requested a small, deluxe sympathy arrangement in white and peach flowers to be delivered to a friend's home on Thursday. Mandy let me know that if I was willing to wait for a Friday delivery, she would have more peach flowers to choose from, so I agreed. I also asked for a white bow. On Friday, Mandy called to let me know that she couldn't get ahold of the contact person whose phone number I had provided. I was, however, able to reach an alternate, and I called Mandy back with his number. Even though Mandy's delivery boy, (her dad, how sweet!) had left to do his rounds by that time, she called him back to get my arrangement. It was delivered on time to my grieving friends, and it was gorgeous. (See attached pic.) The wait for the extra peach flowers was worth it. Thank you for making the suggestion, Mandy! They lost the order even though my card had been charged. There was no apology and their research determined that they had No record in their transaction history of my order. The owner agreed to make it right and flowers were delivered on Valentine's Day prior to 5 PM. What you see below for three roses and a few hydrangeas was $97. The owner said it was because of tariffs while six roses he said would have been $59. He then proceeded to quote every stem price. I love to support small businesses, but this is not one that I would purchase from again.
