We went to Discount Landscape Supply on March 6, 2026, for their Spring Open House. Even though we got there at 10:00 when it started, it seemed that everyone had the same idea. We went to purchase 2 Crepe Myrtle Trees for our yard. One of the gentlemen who worked there was very pleasant and helpful in showing us the available trees. We chose the two we liked and made arrangements to have them delivered as he went back to tag them as SOLD. Late that afternoon, they arrived at our home with our two trees. Since it was later in the day, we waited until the next day to start planting them in the ground. My husband dug the first hole, and as we were settling the tree into its new home, I started to remove the tags. I was looking at the color wording of the Crepe Myrtle, and lo and behold, it was a RIVER BIRCH, and so was the second one. I immediately called the store to explain that we had gotten the wrong trees. They had me send pictures and said they would get back to me ASAP. Since that Saturday was the second day of their Spring Sale, they were even busier than the previous day and closed on Sunday. But 1st thing Monday morning, they called and were very apologetic for the error. The Birch and Crepe Myrtle were sitting right next to each other and just got tagged wrong. Later that Monday morning, the truck with our Myrtles showed up and picked up the Birch, apologizing again for the error. So now we have our two trees planted and just waiting for the beautiful purple blooms to appear. Discount Landscape, you are the best. read more

I haven't personally used them, but my neighbor has. I saw his bill, the work performed for what he paid. The workers were courteous, fast and paid attention to detail. I would recommend and I would personally use them when I'm ready to do some work on my property. read more

We contracted Discount Landscape to remove multiple trees, brush, and just overall clutter of plants overtaking our house and trees. They did an excellent job of clearing all the clutter of plants and trees surrounding the house. The difference was breathe taking from before and after the team came out and did the work. My wife was overjoyed by the results after the job was done and the house appearance looked awesome. Would definitely have them over again for landscaping needs. In addition, they replanted 4 palmetto trees and they are looking fantastic in our front yard. read more

I don't have a green thumb. I know next to nothing about plants, and needed help choosing plants that don't require lots of attention and thrive in shady areas. Della showed us an awesome selection of shrubs and greenery, and small trees. Their inventory looked very healthy, and their prices were better than big box store prices. We are recent transplants to the Conway, SC area and we purchased a home that was in dire need of landscaping. We saw this landscaping supply yard on Hwy 501 so we decided to stop in and take a look around. Not being familiar with which plantings could tolerate the harsh Summer sun in this area, we asked if the banana palm that we saw there would grow well in full-sun, and we were assured that it would. We purchased it, along with one other palm tree, and arranged for delivery and installation of both palms. We were further assured that both plantings were guaranteed for 30 days. On the day of the installation, the banana palm was planted, then dug up by the installers because the ground was apparently too hard in the area where they planted it. It was left to one side of the planting bed so that they could return the next day to dig a deeper hole. The crew returned the next day, as promised, and the banana palm was replanted. We water our new palms daily, as instructed, but the banana palm continued to look more and more unhealthy with each passing day. I contacted Discount Landscaping Supply and emailed them photos of the palm, which had been a very costly planting. We agreed to allow Spencer to come out and prune back the dead leaves, and were assured that they would honor their warranty if the condition of the palm did not improve. We allowed another couple of weeks to pass before contacting them again to say that the palm was not looking any better, and we were told to come in and select another plant (which we did). We chose a different type of palm tree, similarly priced to the banana palm, expecting that their warranty would be honored. It was not. Instead, we were told that we could purchase the new palm at their "wholesale cost". While we did so and the new palm was satisfactorily installed in the planting bed, the banana palm (that we intended to try and nurse back to good health) was left in the hot sun, on the back of their pickup truck.
