Four years ago, Alpha Foundations lifted an outer corner of my pool deck using foam. It was a good…read morejob, except for a small triangular section next to the rain channel running alongside the house, which they said was probably due to rebar. In August, I noticed the cracks in the pool deck were getting larger and called to have it rechecked since it is still under warranty (I'm getting ready to resurface the pool deck). Their technicians came out on August 14th and left me with a mess; they did lift the outside corner again but they also lifted the wrong section and broke the channel drain. No one from their office has called, and no one has come to repair their warranty work. I considered using Alpha Foundation to fully stabilize the pool deck again, but after seeing their warranty work, I'm not so sure.
