After being pushed to add extra upgrades, including solar, and paying a large amount upfront, the urgency and communication completely disappeared. Our backyard has been sitting unfinished for almost a year--literally a construction zone with a hole in the ground--while we've been given excuse after excuse and promise after promise that "they're coming next week" or "it'll be finished soon." None of it has happened. Trying to get honest answers has been exhausting. Calls go unanswered, timelines constantly change, and every conversation feels like damage control instead of actual customer service. We trusted this company with our home and our money, and in return we've been left with stress, frustration, and an unfinished project. Do your homework before signing with this company. Ask hard questions, get everything in writing, and think twice before paying large amounts upfront. I wish someone had warned us.
