So I did like coming here but when I call I'm directed to their answering/scheduling service. They are completely clueless. They say they have no record of me coming to this practice. That's crazy!! I've gone here for years for cleanings and having my teeth whitened. Well they just lost me as a patient. What happens to their awesome front office staff answering the phones? Had my teeth cleaned by Raina and she was probably the worst hygienist I have ever come across. Heavy handed. Made my gums bleed and had the worst bedside manner. She was complaining the whole time. I don't think she likes her job. It seems like she is more concerned with rivers and seas. Shame on your Raina. I hope your employer reads this and realizes that your patient care is lacking and so is your personality. You give this place a bad name. read more

I have been going here for 10 years, as well as my mom until she passed away last year. Dr. Riss is a great and caring doctor. Anytime he has ever treated me, my ailment went away. He is also very attentive and there was never a time when I called that he didn't return the call the same day. And generally, he calls you with test results himself personally. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and eager to serve. Many times, they have "gone the extra mile" for me. Another plus is that the wait time to see the doctor is generally around 15 minutes, give or take. Although, I have had more limited contact with the other two doctors currently in the practice, Dr. Babeyev and Dr. Bacci, they have always been great as well - responsive, kind, and very competent. read more

Foe the record it's It's not the policy I have an issue with. It's is when I call and asked how much a cleaning was I was given a price. When I went to pay It was the same price that I was told on phone. I paid my bill in full the day I was there for the cleaning. MY PROBLEM IS THERE WAS NO NOTIFICATION OF IT FOR 3 MONTHS. I had been going to this office for years. Staff is very rude almost always, you wait most times 30min to be seen after your appointment time, but Dr. Riss was always nice when I went to see him. As for Dr. Babayev, I had the worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office. I went in yesterday for anxiety to see if I could get something to help at the time of my attacks. Since I had not been there in 3-4 years because I did not have insurance, she said she could not give me any type of controlled substance (that they have prescribed me before on multiple occasions). This I understand. But what I did not understand or appreciate is the fact she looked at and treated me like I was a junkie who was just looking to score some drugs. When I said I could not put myself back on an SSRI (she suggested this instead) she basically rolled her eyes at me, said okay and closed my chart and walked out of the door. $65 spent on an appointment that lasted 10 minutes that I got no assistance or help from. Needless to say after being treated like this, I'm finding a new doctor. I wouldn't recommend going here. read more

Staff is so rude. Make you feel like a burden the second you call. Just want co-pays and to bill insurance. Do not actually care about patients. I do not think in my all my visits they have ever remembered my name. After my last encounter with the awful billing department, I will definitely be finding a new provider. read more

Dr B is the only reason I continue to go to this practice. The staff is awful. One girl in particular at the front desk has the worst attitude and will treat you like garbage. She says whatever she wants and has no filter and will talk back to you in front of other patients. Most unprofessional person I've met. But hey she's been in the business for 20 years so she's "seen it all". Guess what lady I've been in the medical field for 10 years myself and would never treat any of my patients the way you did. I will be following up with a manager. My entire family has seen Dr B for many years and now because of this one women I don't think I will return and will definitely be telling others not to go there. read more

I've been going here since 1984. Dr. Riss and Dr. Babyev are caring and patient doctors. I would recommend them to anyone.

It's 2017 and they only take cash or check. Could have mentioned that when I made my appointment. The rudest secretaries and staff I have ever dealt with. Would never go back. read more
