June 5, 2025 I had an appointment this morning for my 6 month exam, cleaning, and a filling. The office staff is wonderful, friendly and attentive. Very easy to like. My hygienist , Amanda, was simply GREAT. She is very thorough, friendly and is like having a family member serving you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . Dr Bench is Dr Bench. Smart, friendly, painless and attentive. As a highly professional doctor when you speak to him it is like a guy you are having a beer with. I was transitioning jobs and knew that I would have a gap in insurance coverage. I was not a current patient but when I explained my situation, Atlantic Dental got me an appointment in three days. The visit was great! I have a bad gag reflex, but the staff was very patient. I had not been to the dentist since COVID and was very nervous. I received a full cleaning and x-rays in the morning. They found one cavity and Dr. Sereda took care of it that afternoon, she is fantastic. The entire staff seems happy to be working there which is a rare thing these days. read more

Terrible dentist....talks to the assistant all the while working on you no wonder my cap fell out after only 2 months ...then he blamed me so i had to go to another dentist & get a new cap & i had to pay i should have reported this to delta dentist but didnt think of it at the time. read more

I have been seeing Dr Bench for 10 years now - ever since moving to the area. My previous dentist used to give me gas for a teeth cleaning - that's how nervous a patient I was. Now, I look forward to going to the dentist! Dr Bench is a stand-up guy! He stands behind his work and tells it to you straight. He will also tell you as much (or as little) as you want to know. I went from being a chicken to watching my root canal on the live feed monitor - because he has such passion for dentistry it fascinated me! Did you know the root feels like shrimp? He let me feel it (I know, TMI) The entire team is A+ ... and they have all been there for years. That speaks volumes to the working environment at Atlantic Dental. went to this dentist could not get me numb with 5 shots which means the tooth is infected caused me great pain when working on the tooth and three days later still in pain went back to finish the root canal i told her it was still infected she agreed and started to finish the job and increased the infection and i was in great pain and out of work for three days the infection finally cleared up went back to put the crown on and i complained about what happened they told me to sit in the waiting room then the boss dentist came into the waiting room and screamed at me like a child telling me i'm the dentist your not and publicly embaressed me ,so if you like bad judgement and decision making or being treated like a child this is the place for you read more

I very much regret having to write a review like this I usually write good reviews.After having tooth problems for years my wife was assured by Dr. Bench he could bring back her beautiful smile.After having all her teeth removed and terrible looking dentures made she has gone through 1 year of him adjusting them he wanted her to start to pay 110 dollars for him to adjust the dentures he made for 5000 .After asking him to be a man about it and make my wife new dentures or give us our money back I was promptly told to go get a lawyer.Recently my wife and I vacationed in Fla. and made an appointment in Melbourne where the made my wife new dentures in 1 day that fit perfect and brought back her beautiful smile for 750 dollars.My advice to anyone who sees Dr. Bench is to run.
