    Chichakillers

My favorite breakfast place in the city! The food is always excellent and the workers are so sweet. My boyfriend always gets the meatball sandwich and I've gotten the banana pancakes or the chichakillers which may be the best chilequiles I've had (and I eat a lot of chilequiles). 100% recommend

A great day for brunch. encontramos esta joya de un café. buena comida, maravilloso servicio y un ambiente divertido!

The food is flavorful and delicious, and they also have vegetarian options. Also, the customer service is awesome. Although reservations aren't required, I highly recommend them on weekends. Otherwise, you'll be waiting almost an hour to be seated. This place is quaint, and they also have a back patio for outdoor seating. In all honestly, the restaurant has an outdoor feel but ask for patio seating (it's cute and lush with an assortment of plants). Ok, back to the food! I always order the chilaquiles (red or green...you can't go wrong with either) with chorizo and Americano coffee. My husband orders the "lonche" (equivalent to a French roll, but better, with pork meat). During our recent visit last week, we went back on Friday during their dinner hour and had some guacamole with machaca (dried up meat - kinda like beer jerkey) and blue chips and a few cocktails (I order Pensamiento which is like a whiskey sour but with gin. A must try!). On Friday they had a DJ playing 80s/90s music (nothing too loud, which was nice) and the tables each had a dimly lit light. Overall, a very nice experience and will return again whenever we're in Guadalajara.

Great ambiance, excellent customer service and pretty good food. In addition, it also has a nice patio and you can watch what is happening on the avenue around you. As for the food selection, everyone - even vegetarians will find plenty to choose from over here. It is a good place for breakfast just like it is for lunch or dinner. And as for beverage selection, that is also very wide. From coffees and plenty of juices to beers and cocktails. Enjoy!

Guadalajara pretty much doesn't use air conditioning because its normally nice out. We sat down and our server came immediately. He was super nice and it was some of the best service we had in GDL. We both ordered chulaquiles. I added 2 eggs on mine and my wife added 1 egg. Their chilaquiles doesn't come with eggs. Both our dishes were excellent! Very very good. I ordered an iced capucino and my wife got a chai drink. Both drinks were great. Its a great spot to people watch because its right on the main area people walk (chapultepec). This is a great breakfast spot while in GDL.
