I did a google search for a pediatric dentist that specializes in children with special needs and anxiety and Playtime Pediatrics came up as highly rated. Well they deserve that rating and higher! My daughter was able to go through an entire checkup, cleaning and even x-rays in her first visit. From the moment we entered the clinic, everything was relaxed and easy. Our hygienist Katelyn was so patient, positive and encouraging. She explained everything to my daughter and made her (and me) feel so at ease. Dr. Raylin was just as great and explained all our options for treating some cavities. We are beyond happy to have found Playtime Pediatrics!

Staff at front desk seem very friendly. This was a first time visit for my child and he can be shy and not great in medical settings. The assistant greeted us at the front and we were able to bring toys to the back. They like to take pics and weigh patients but my son wasn't into it so they weren't pushy. They spend time talking about dental habits and had lots of toys and stuffed animals to pretend to clean teeth. There's a TV and lots of books and toys. Definitely very patient staff! Dr. Ella Choi comes in at the end and is super friendly. We as parents assisted with the check up for assessing the mouth. It was quick enough that it didn't seem traumatic for my son. At the end, kids get to go to the toy chest for a treasure. It seemed like a positive enough experience that we booked for a follow up check up in 6 months time for my toddler.

Nobody contacted me until 11.49am today when your regional manager called me and answered my query and the issue was resolved. Everything is supposed to be fine after that! Then what is the purpose of your staff sending me this message in Facebook at 3.58PM later today: " Stann... I told you I was on holiay until the 24th. No other manager or owner is going to call you. If you need an appointment call the office. If you need to sell me something, don't count on it, you've already annoyed me." I cannot believe you will speak to a client in this tone? First of all, you never told me you will be on holiday until Feb 24th? I think you misunderstood me for someone else. From the minute, I walked in.... work being done today and setting up my next appointment - 10/10 in the client care department. They explained everything from what x-rays were being taken, and what future work will take place to solve my problem. One of the reasons for the long delay between dental visits......a fear of being hurt and having pain with an past experience (out of town, many years ago). I came to Aquarius, based off reviews, explained my situation and they got me in right away for an assessment, and came up with a plan to get all the urgent work done that I needed. They told me what I could hold off on to keep cost down ( I have to take a year off work and go on disability so $ was an issue) they managed to squeeze me in to get everything done I needed within a week, I saw 3 different dentists, and was impressed by all. I had fillings and a root canal and all went smoothly and I had no complications afterwords. The staff, hygienists, and front end, were all extremely caring, empathetic and went above and beyond for me. I haven't had such a positive experience with dentists in years. I'm so happy I decide to come to them.

Despite my repeated expressions of pain, Dr. Fatemeh Mortazavi Alavi proceeded with the extraction without providing adequate anesthesia. This led to intense pain and a severe panic attack that lasted for over two hours, which the staff was ill-equipped to handle. Instead of providing real support, they repeatedly told me to "relax" and "calm down," which only intensified my anxiety. I was eventually transferred to the hospital, but the lack of urgency from the clinic only worsened my condition. Additionally, I developed infections at the extraction sites and had to seek care elsewhere. The lack of proper care and attention during such a serious procedure was deeply alarming. I was left feeling traumatized and have completely lost trust in this clinic. Despite multiple emails and a phone call with the clinic's senior manager, I still have not received a proper apology or resolution. This experience has left me emotionally distressed and deeply affected both myself and my partner, who witnessed the ordeal.
