Shame the staff were so unfriendly and stuck up in the last shop. So very judgemental, my circle preferred to save our money for manchester shops where people are respectful toward us.

I called into primark today looking for an outfit 60s vibe. I found the perfect skirt in the sale…read moreand looked for a top to match. There were many jumpers to hand but only 1 in my size and cour. The problem was the jumper had a few pulls on it. I spoke to the girls on shop floor and very helpful. I thought I would get a decent discount but manager offered only 10 percent standard I suppose. I declined but then was amazed to see them putting the jumper back on the shelf after knowing it was damaged. The floor girls were there the manager right behind the worker putting it back on the shelve. I told the manager it was a disgrace and left the store. No plans too return as the manager showed no customer service and possessed 0 in etiquette. Primark or nomark especially for the manager I saw today. Thanks. Susan walkden. Ashton on ribble preston. A fab place to get something a little more original if you have a little extra to spend. There's…read moresome nice original stuff that you won't find in many other places. The shop isn't huge though so there's not the biggest range, but if you go often then you'll soon find something worth the cash. The sales don't disappoint either if you get there early.

It does get very busy in here and wouldn't be suitable for wheelchair users as you can hardly move has it is. There is lots of changing rooms in this shop but there has to be as like i said it gets very busy. They do a really nice selection of clothes for young teenagers and they do a good selection of underwear and shoes as well. I like to by my earrings and hair pieces from new look because they are cheap and always last.

I must say that all the staff were totally fab , and so friendly and most of all honest. If I put on a dress that was nt right they said in a very nice way . I had gone in there looking for something plain and low key , but ended up with something quite the opposite, and wow what a dress I had , it was beautiful,and I wouldnt of even tried it if it had nt of been for Jennie, encouraging me to try all kinds of styles and colours and taking the time to show me how to make the most of each gown,she was a star.It was a very exciting time for me and they all joined in the excitement and made sure my mum and sister-in-law ,who were with me , felt a part of it at all times.Emma the hairdresser and make-up lady was FANTASTIC and is a complete assett to them on the day she was so calm and so in control and I actually found her very,very reasonable,unlike a lot of salons who automatically treble their prices once you put "wedding "in front of hair and make up. Overall my time with Jennie and the staff was really good they did everything possible including delivering my dress on the day with snow and ice all over the roads . we used dan kerr suit hire recently, but was a bit dissapointed. my husband to be went for his…read morefitting and was told that the colours we picked (our wedding colours!!) didnt go with each other, so she changed them. i asked to to change them back once i knew about it, and was told that was fine. the wednesday before we went to pick them up (1hr + round trip) got them home to find they didnt change them back, the grooms waistcoat had a button missing, and my dads trousers were 3" too long! all their mistakes. we had to drive all the way back to get it all changed. i have emailed about this since, but am now being ignored. i have no issues with the quality or price, but id double check everything you can, as i was told there only human. a reply, and at least petrol compensation would have been nice, just got excuses, then no reply

All red, and with an old school looking motorbike as decoration with various garments hung up along the back. The lone sales assistant was very polite and helpful. It really did feel like 5 star treatment, but lets face it we were probably the only customers in that day - if not that week. Prices are steep. For one of their mens Pink Label suit prices START at £850 but you are getting something that will fit perfectly and last for ages. Drapers recognises the exceptional service that Nicholas Jones provides. Good quality fabrics, stylish and sensible garments - real grown up clothes. I'm not quite ready for my fitting yet but one day I will be.

They had a small opening event with local bloggers / 'VIPs' but also managed to continue the feeling of a launch through their first day, with some smartly dressed waiters handing out drinks in paper cups while people took their first look at the store. I was also greeted by the friendliest front of house / security I think I've ever met, which was a nice surprise! The items are categorised well and everything feels like it has a place, including shoes upstairs and a beauty / homeware section downstairs with some perfume and candles I can already tell will be a regular feature in any future present buying. Although they seem to specialise in light colours and fabrics, dig around a little and you'll find some beautiful metallics and items more suited to the Manchester weather! It is a big, open shop with lots of white space which has been utilised really well. It is a sibling of the H&M chain but has a more up market feel to it and it slightly more pricey. I wanted to buy everything but showed some restraint, I will definitely be back on pay day!
