I recently had some issues with a deposit arriving in a timely manner via USPS and when I called Security about it, they were more than willing to keep an eye on my funds to make sure nothing got out of line until the deposit arrived. I'm sure those types of things don't happen too often, but I don't think larger banks can or would offer that kind of service. Not only that, but the every day banking services are also top notch.
