At this point its Friday night and we need a vehicle for trip planned the next day. Disappointed and Regrettably, I continued to sign. The night of pick up, I sat there in the waiting room for hours as my original salesman was off, and another salesman took over the task while juggling other customers, he seemed overwhelmed. Since the purchase, I have had multiple service issues with the transmission,brakes and hidden damages. the communication from the service department has been extremely lacking. Don't buy from these guys, they are fine when selling you a vehicle but you lose any customer service after you drive off the lot. They also hide defects in their vehicles. Bought a GMC Truck with just over 50K miles and a few months later the tail pipe is completely rusted out and broken in half. No way I drove it enough to do this kind of damage, tried to have them fix it. After three days of no response they decided the best they would do is cover labor and only charge for the parts. $900 for a repair that would cost $100 anywhere else for parts. They know they sold me crap and won't take responsibility for it. I never thought I would have to inspect a tail pipe on a truck with 50K miles on it. I have so many things to say, and I truly tried to give this place a chance in making the situation right but they failed to do so. I'm currently bringing in my 2024 vehicle to have a transmission control module put in after a whole new transmission was already replaced and multiple other things that have to do with the engine. My car has been in and out of repair shop for multiple problems that they can't tell me they did not know were wrong with the car before they sold it to me. Just a bunch of sleazy car salesman's who don't give a shit about you just their next dollar.. I had talked to one of the managers or supervisors Dan and he said he was going to take care of things, but he failed to do so. Whatever you do, I'm saving you by not buying a car here.. because I truly like to leave good reviews and I'm all for giving people grace but this situation is absolutely disgusting and they have done nothing to help me. Everything. 6 months of head aches with the purchased vehicle always having transmission problems. BAB could not repair the vehicle. Requested help from Honda city service area they only helped diagnose it. Bridge land refused to pay for the repair made us trade in and get another car. They gave us a lousy trade in deal. This place is a total joke! Spoke to Kevin about a 2021 Cadillac Escalade sport selling for $70K. After several attempts he finally called me back. The problem is Kevin and this dealership know nothing about Cadillac Escalades. I know that because it's the most expensive car they have on the lot and the only Cadillac Escalade they have on the lot. Since Kevin couldn't answer my questions and realized I was a serious buyer, he put the "owner" of the dealership on the phone with us. The owner wasn't professional enough to provide his name at the beginning of the call; rather, when we got connected he just started telling me why this vehicle is priced the way it is. During our call, he admitted that he paid almost $70K for this vehicle...ouch! Keep in mind it's being sold for $70K, and they just dropped the price from an outrageous $73K to $70K because they realized nobody was going to buy it at an overpriced $73K price tag. I sent them pics of other dealerships selling almost the same vehicle with 5K miles less for $67K as proof of it being way over priced. During the call, I realized the owner is used to over-talking people, being disrespectful, unprofessional, and acting like he is better than whoever's on the phone. I had no choice but to make him feel small and disrespected him twice as bad as he tried to disrespect me. When I put him in his place and told him he paid too much for the vehicle, he got very upset and started being even more aggressive. When I told him that I am paying cash, he said to me, We don't like cash buyers; we would rather our customer get our financing. Why do you ask?? Well, the answer is simple, and here is a lesson for whoever is reading this review. What dealerships do is they want you to get financing from their financing office with the banks they have relationships with, so when you submit your application with them to those banks and let's say, for example, the bank says you qualify for 6% interest, the dealership will lie and mark up the rate to 8% and tell you the bank said that you qualify for 8% even though you really qualified for 6% interest. The reason they do that is because they make thousands of dollars on the back end of the deal. They screw people on the back end to make their money. Greedy pigs! My advice is to go to your own bank and don't get the dealership involved in your financing. That's how dealerships make their money. When this clown realized that I was paying cash and he wasn't going to make any money off of me with his overpriced vehicle, he was no longer even a bit professional. They overpay for vehicles and expect unsuspecting buyers to go along with it. Be smart; don't fall for that trap. There are too many dealerships nowadays, and they are all desperate because we are in one of the worst and slowest car sales markets for dealerships in decades. Cars sit for long periods of time, and they lose their shorts, holding on to them until someone buys them. At the end of the call, I told him where he could go and hung up in his face! Be careful; these guys overpay for cars and hope you don't know any better. I'll take the $100K CASH I have to burn and spend my money elsewhere. There is one for sale right now with the onyx package and similar miles for $67K. I would rather not buy from a dealership that has these reviews..Here is what your past customers said; anyone can look these up on Carfax, CarGurus etc.1.Bypassed the wheel sensor. 2. Charged me for an oil change that they didn't complete and almost blew out my engine, 3. Performed an oil change five days later I heard a loud knocking noise, took it to another dealership and found they didn't tighten the reseal cap 4.Looked at my car and lied about what's wrong with it 5.Check the bottom line very carefully lost $500 on trade because they changed it and rushed me to sign 6.Offered me half of what my truck was booked for 7.Waited for an hour after driving an hour and half. got a car from them on pick up I sat waiting for someone to help on the used car side no one was even in office to help. after going over to the larger location next door I asked for help kindly. got the keys and the car wouldn't not start. when returning to ask for help. one salesman looked to be sleeping while listening to music the man who helped me prior I had asked for help he replied with a"you need to find someone else to help you" parts department was awesome!! they helped me and were very nice! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. We walk in, after HOURS of back and forth we agree on a vehicle. Then we leave, we get contacted the next day, they messed up the paperwork and wanted us to go in to get it fixed. Okay.... A week later they contact us and say they cannot find our down payment. (A cashiers check of 12,000.00)! On the phone they said "oh yeah I remember you sat it on my desk". A few days later, the gm calls they want us to send them copies of our bank statements via text message to prove we got the check. (weird) So we send a screen shot of the 12,000.00 withdraw. More than a week goes by we don't hear a peep from them. They call yesterday, then texted (very professional by the way) and said "We would like to talk to you before we come and get the truck". what a lovely way to message a customer. Any how they get a call back, the GM states that we don't own the truck (that we have had for a month) and that they will come get it. I'm confused how this place financed us, paid my car off, and let us leave if we don't own the truck. The guy on the phone also tried to bribe us by saying that they have 1,000s of dollars in tree work we could do for them if we complied. lol no thanks. A call was made to the financial institution that financed us, they do not have all the information yet to fund the loan, so they're withholding that paperwork as leverage against us. Don't worry, a complaint has been filed with the attorney generals office, and they will be seeing me in court. based on other reviews they're probably used to this. The worst experience buying a car I have ever had. I found the car I wanted and wet to see it. It was exactly what I wanted but it needed some repairs done to it. the salesperson wanted me to sign for the car but wait for all the repairs to be done at a later date. I was not born yesterday, told them I would sign for the car when it was ready, and not until it was ready. I put a down payment down and waited for a call or a text as to when I could pick up the car. I got texts from the salesman about his families Christmas presents, oops wrong number, when Yeezeys were coming out oops wrong number again. Oh my it's the end of the month and I need my commission your car is ready, I get there sign get my insurance switched over, guess what the car is not ready should be any day. Yes I got the car after walking out and telling them where they could put the car, I needed a car. Wow so many poor reviews. Big surprise there. Add mine to the list. Bridgeland Auto (BA) are the worst. Absolutely. They lied to me. Over and over again. We bought a 2017 Ridgeline (4/2022); $27+k purchase (passed on the ext warranty). After we drove it for a week, we realized it had a transmission issue (hitching). Took it to BL, fixed it (NOPE), brought it back and they fixed it again (still NOPE), then asked me to take it to Honda City for diagnosis. It needs a new torque convertor (the part is approx $3000). After unsuccessfully trying to get BL to cover the repair at HC, they said they could replace the torque convertor (they admitted to me later (during trade-in) that they put in a used one, HC said that won't fix it and it did not). Now were in this about 3-4 months. Take car to BL to trade in (11/2022) and they will only give us $21k for it; they did bring that up to $23k after much gnashing of teeth but sales manager insisted that the market for these vehicles was 15% lower than when we purchased (this was a lie), 5 months previous. (Looking at available vehicles/prices and asking my bank's mortgage officer we could not confirm this). Then we have to pay the sticker price for a slightly overpriced 2019 Ridgeline ($33.9k) and the WORST was the offer for the ext warranties (where it was fairly clearly stated that if we'd have purchased this with the 2017 they claim they would have fixed the vehicle for us immediately, no questions asked. So we got months of run around after run around and extreme headaches to attempt to repair a preexisting condition with the 2017, but they dragged it out because we didn't play their warranty game). Their ext warranty offers (for the 2019) were only showed as to how much they would make your monthly car payment go up. NO TOTALS. Guess what? The cheapest ext warrenty they offered us was $5400 (I can do math). We'll pass on that too. Then their finance manager left us for dead (picked up all his papers and walked away when I asked them to pay the difference between their trade offer and the loan balance on the 2017. Then I told the sales guy we're going to sign all the papers, take our new truck and be gone from you forever. You will never see us and I'll tell everyone who will listen to not buy from you. And I promised them an accurate YELP review. And here it is... I would give them a 0/5 if I could. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. From the start it was an awful experience sexual harassment from sales man. Brought it to the owners /managements attention and I got sorry about that yep he was a sleezy guy "nothing but red carpet treatment from now on" is the exact words I was told from management. I took my car home a week later engine light would come on and off I brought it in. Service department kept my car for a week no loaner available just to say nothing is wrong with it. Service department is awful can't get a hold of anyone they just let the phone ring. Fast forward now a larger issue comes about with my car (I've had it less than a year) engines shot. To get that conclusion it was a week and no updates I had to call or try to call because no one answers or they hang up. Tanner and Johnny sit me down and try to come up with a plan to get me out of this car that clearly had issues b4 it was sold to me. They offer me a vehicle Tell me that they're pretty sure I can give me a approved for it. I leave to think about it the next day I call or again try because no one answers and suddenly Tanner the sales manager is nowhere to be found messages left for him never a response from him till this day. Johnny gives us the runaround very vague he did answer the phone eventually, but didn't tell us that they messed up and couldn't get us this car that they offered so instead of just telling me that this car option wouldn't work out they just avoided me all while still having my current vehicle in their possession and doing nothing with it we ended up getting in contact with the "co-owner" who was down in FL to tell me that they screwed up and couldn't get me in a new car. So to shorten the story they offered me no compensation, not even a loaner vehicle. They had it for 3 weeks couldn't even offer me even a complimentary cleaning nothing. We got the BS. Excuse that there is a wait list for loaner vehicles. They don't care about their customers. I've started to share my experience with other car dealerships and people and I've gotten the same look of terror when I mention bridgeland auto dealership. Obviously I'm not the only one who's had bad experiences with this place. Bought a car for 23k in Oct. It spent a month in the shop. Found 5 issues with it.. they said they fixed one and found a leaking engine... supposedly fixed the engine so I picked it up. Same day the entire contents of oil in my car was all over the ground. Brought it right back in.. took them 3 days then they tell me it's a leaking oil cap.... I'm no mechanic but I knew there was no way. Turns out they never put it back together right. I don't drive the car much so fast forward to last week I notice that one out of 5 issues I brought it in for that they state they fixed its doing it again. They want over 100 just to look at it... it's the same issue they didn't fix correctly the first time. So many other issues since buying it. I work from home or I would have noticed more issues sooner and maybe could have went for the lemon law but now I'm stuck with a23k piece of junk that won't last me as long as my 08 Pontiac I bought for 2500... stay away. WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM BRIDGELAND AUTO BROKERS!!! Long story short; I bought a 2011 KIA Sorrento in Sept 2016. Found out after the sale, by an (at the time) employee, that before I picked the car up, the head gasket had to be replaced. Drove the car for less than a week and I broke down. Took it in - coil pack replaced with a used one off another car from the lot - per the mechanic. Fixed the problem. Took the car back in twice because it wasn't acting right. Was given attitude by the mechanic - told the car was fine; "The problem is that the key fob is not charged all the way" & "I already have too much money invested in this car, for the price you paid" - all this while the car was under warranty. They also ripped out the back up camera while the car was in their garage - without permission. Now the car is out if warranty, they did not fix the problem and after 8 months of owning it, the car starts overheating and I'm told by Bridgeland that the head gasket is bad. I fought with them over it, since it was supposedly replaced and was told that since my oil change was overdo it was my fault. I had the car looked at by another mechanic who found that the radiator was clogged due to some kind of "leak stop" sealant that was used to cob the original head gasket issue and now the head gasket problem is prominent. I go back to Bridgeland with this information and they continue with the overdo oil statement to push the blame on to me. I insist that the car be bought back by Bridgeland to get me out if the loan, as I no longer trust anyone in this business and was literally screamed at by Rob, an owner. They will not back up their vehicle or work and have terrible customer service. I now am stuck with a vehicle that is not driveable and have not even owned it for a year. The $12,000+ vehicle that I bought from these crooks only lasted 8 months and they will not take ownership of the cob job that they did before I took ownership. I bought a car from them and I was told it had a clean Carfax but since they pay for the Carfax I couldn't keep it. I ended up buying the car (because of the clean Carfax and because of the advice of the sales person) along with the top of the line platinum "no bull" warranty. Unfortunately within the 1st month since I've had the car it was in the shop and then over the past 2 years it's been in the shop a total of 18 times. The "no bull" warranty is also refusing to fix the car as well. My biggest issue is that I brought the car in to have the battery replaced and when I picked up the car it all of the sudden had engine problems. Why were the mechanics even messing with the oil filter to change the battery? This makes no sense. The car never had engine problems prior to this. So now I can't drive the car at all. Now back to the Car Fax .... come to find out the car actually has had 2 accidents on it. That information was never disclosed and is probably why my car has been in the shop 18 times. This car has been a lemon ever since I purchased it. I'm very dissatisfied with the purchase of the car and the lack of responsibility Bridgeland is taking.
