"Dr. Lee i made the plan with you about two months, ago i asked for my card to be switched after the first month, the girls ignored me, when I went to do the labs they charged me 200$, i called one of the girls was extremely rude said "I dont like dealing with your kind of people" hung up on me after telling me I should be taking medication, would not let me speak kept speaking over me trying to make me seem like im crazy, all I asked was to cancel, and when i asked to speak to you she refused, for all I know this email goes to her ,but one way or another i feel like you should know hows your coworkers treat people."

I was heartbroken to learn of his passing today from his staff. He was such a kind, gentle man. I enjoyed going to his office as it wasn't ever over crowded and behind like others. I usually am waiting over an hour at any other office to be seen as the doctors are usually way behind schedule and putz around. I also enjoyed stepping back in time a bit, it was pure nostalgia walking into his office. I felt like a kid again with all of the older decor. I was really sick in December 2021. I did a Telehealth call and was prescribed medicine by another doctor. I wasn't getting any better and finally made the trip to see Dr Jutkowitz. He pulled out this old looking machine and got to work cleaning out my ears and trying to help me hear again. I swear, this man was such a gem or a human being. He wasn't like all of the ones just looking to throw medicine at you. He wanted to fix the issue and knew how to every time. I am thankful I was under his great care for many years and he is missed!

I found this odd, but answered anyway. I was told that Dr. Jutkowitz doesn't prescribe medications very easily, to which I said I was basically looking for a new PCP, as I have just moved back to CT. She then asked again if I was looking for medication. I assured her that I wasn't someone who was looking for a doctor to prescribe medication, and that I was looking for a PCP. She then rudely told me they weren't accepting new patients and hung up on me.

I go to bed, barely able to see, breathe or speak....and wake up doing even worse the next morning. Jas rushed me to the walk in in Huntington(MUCH better) where come to find out...I have double pink eye, a serious sinus infection AND an upper respiratory infection. Stratford walk in on Wends told me it was "just a cold." Okaay. And they still billed me. Even after I called and told them what happened. Owner of the business was not interested in the results my treatment, but rather in "who said what" . If you have easy case, you can choose this company, but if you want high level professional work, you better look somewhere else.

This was never going to eliminate my problem. So I found a medical massage company in the same complex and in 3 sessions my problem was remarkably better. (They said that they get people from PT all the time). If PT works for you keep doing it. But if it's like filling a swimming pool one drop at a time, look elsewhere. This PT facility is run by mostly very young, new therapists. They execute well, but experienced medical oversight is lacking. The paperwork is typical of a big outfit like HSS - took over 30 minutes of my time to answer their overly complex medical assessment. Then when I saw the therapist, he hadn't even looked at it, based on the questions he asked me. Totally disrespectful of patients' time. I hate it when companies abuse you for their own benefit and care more about their needs and time than yours. And we are the customer! They aggressively try to book appts before you walk out the door. I have been to better PT operations.
