As far as getting the new windshield in they actually did that part right. The rest, well the vehicle did not start for them, so instead of calling me they just towed it into the shop, by doing so they ripped the spare tire off the welding mount that's installed on the back of the vehicle, which I'm assuming they tried pulling it from. Then my front license plate was crushed in from them pushing it with another vehicle. When I went to pick it up none of this was even spoken to me, I had to find this out with a walk around I did when I was going up to it. The spare was thrown inside at least and when asked about it they shown no interest and brushed it off. wasn't even interested in fixing the bracket for me or covering the bill if I got it fixed at a shop. In the end the window was installed, but at a cost of laziness? I'll take my business back to Evanston where actual professionals will handle my vehicles as if it's their own.

We got off on exit 6 and limped to an RV place that it turned out could not fix it because they didn't work on big vehicles. We called AAA and they said they'd send somebody out but it would take a little bit. By 6 o'clock Saturday morning no one came so we called AAA again. AAA again was going to send somebody out but as it turns out no one would come out and tow us. This is a tiny town so most places are closed on the weekend. Monday morning we started again bright and early calling around and working with AAA. Neither AAA nor us could find anyone to come tow us and I was starting to think this is how you become homeless. I mean there's no car rentals and there's no way to get out of here. AAA was calling all around for us and found Robertsons towing. I have to say everyone we met in this town was beyond nice and although this towing and repair company does not work on RVs they agreed to tow us to Cummings in SLC and AAA is taking care of it. The driver arrived within 30 minutes and even took a look at our air brakes but I think the problem is complicated and more involved. They have a mobile repair service and also a big shop for bigger problems as I was reading on the internet. They are a family owned business which I support 100%. I found Impact Maintenance Service through Yelp and sent a message regarding our situation. He replied promptly and arranged mobile repair service for the following morning. They showed up on time the next morning and were able to replace the belt, coolant, and perform another minor repair - all while managing a large knee brace and crutches from a serious knee injury he had suffered months prior! I called every towing and repair shop in Evanston and nobody could help me out that night but Bozz got back to me and arranged to pick me up in the morning. Unfortunately, their shop Was booked up and couldn't get me in but they did get me over to the pilot repair shop who did get me in (but that's another 5star review!) so..first, great communication, they called me, texted me with ETA, I communicated with the driver directly so he knew what he was getting into without info getting lost in the shuffle ( I dig that). Second, Eli the driver rolled up and was super cool. Of course nothing goes perfectly like it does on Cascade Heavy Rescue (shout out Casey! We both hate you!!) but Eli, had skills and tools and I learned new stuff and I HELPED (...I think??) anyhow we jumper in the truck which had 7 million miles on it. Eli asked what music I like. I said country and western like a good American then the most country truckin song ever blasted out of the speakers. We talked about politics and religion and how Wyoming sucks to drive across until you find these amazingly beautiful pockets that make it all (most) worth it. You have told my son now that he needs to hurry with his insurance....like he controls how fast they move. You then ask people to pay CASH... no CC no Debit Cards you want CASH... I wonder why. $65 dollars a day for something to sit on your empty lot. When we arrived we asked simple questions about this process and we were yelled at profanity and hate speech. The office here inside is packed with hoarders loads. Very unorganized, very unprofessional and very rude! We have paid the bill in full. We are in our Cdl tractor ready to go and they still have the tires blocks underneath our tractor, lifting our tractor up off of the ground. The work has been done they are refusing to move the tires blocks Norbergs shout "This is not our problem" We called for a nearby mechanic our lights that went out were fixed all paid. We had to use a different towing company to come to Norbergs yard to get us out even after the bill was paid in full we even called police to sort through this lawsuits are common here this company is going under BBB disapproves.
