After speaking to them, I decided to book the service directly with them. The appointment was for 2 weeks time. The following Monday (2 days later), I called in to cancel the appointment, when the guy told me arrogantly that there was going to be a restocking fee. I always endeavour to try to help independent small businesses but when they lie to your face like this, I have absolutely neither respect or support. He has told basically the tyres have already arrived when the suppliers don't work on the weekends and we all know that the delivery network with transport is extremely slow at the moment!! DO NOT TRUST THIS TYRE SHOP, they will try to rip you off.

KTAS (for short) have been there for years but I have never dealt with them up until about a month ago. The team there are brilliant and Michael and Cassie who run it are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They tell you straight if there is any issues with the car and will give you accurate pricing and also give you options on what needs to be fixed first. The are priced well and you can drop of your car there in the morning and pick up at the end of the day and they are also open on Saturdays. Would highly recommend KTAS!
