But I actually enjoy bringing my car to Vitanza's Bridgestone store in Milton. Michael and the rest of the staff are very kind and helpful. They explain the services and costs clearly. The cost of logbook scheduled maintenance is always less than at the dealership. I can always get my car in for an appointment within a day or two of asking. And the location is more convenient for me. I've also bought tyres here; good prices and quality Bridgestone products. Honest folks to be found here!

Booked the car into the Yeerongpilly store (which is on the way to work for me), they were extremely professional, provided excellent service, useful suggestions and advice, and rectified all of my issues. Have not been back to the Stafford store to see if the problems I encountered have been taken care of, but management at Fulcrum Suspensions definitely care about the thoughts and concerns of their customers, so definitely give them a go, and if there are any further dramas let their management know and they will be on top of it (which is much much better than some other companies I've dealt with!) A++ for listening and fixing the problem, hopefully future customers at this store receive as good as service as I received at their Yeerongpilly store.

I am happy to say that Aussie Auto on Pickering Street in Alderley is definitely one you can trust, just good old fashioned honest and reliable service. The team here are very pleasant and really flexible! I don't know how many times I have booked my car in for a service and then had to cancel/reschedule at the last minute. I have a Rav 4 and a standard service for me usually costs around $140 and includes a full inspection of the vehicle, a minor detail, engine de-grease and car wash! The little extra niceties make all the difference.

They do good, well priced mechanic work, but they also sell car parts at very cheap prices (cheaper if you're trade). I imagine this would be the perfect combo for home car buffs - get the advice and cheap parts, and if it's too hard bring it in for them to finish off.

On Monday afternoon I dropped the car in. At 4.30pm on Tuesday afternoon I received a text from KMartAuto to say the vehicle was ready to be picked up. This morning I collected the car. There was significant work done for which there was no charge. Full marks to Gideon and his team. A very satisfied customer. No guesses as to who will be doing ongoing R&M for my family's vehicles. Very friendly service and easy to deal with, affordable pricing (they ask you straight up if you've had any prices from elsewhere and they will either match it or tell you what they have available if not). They also offer free rotation 6 months down the track when you buy two tyres or more. Would use these guys again.

I found the guys here to be really helpful and respectful of a young female with absolutely no idea…read moreof what she needed or even which tyres needed replacing (yes I am that helpless). From them I found out that it was my front tyres and that the back tyres get shifted to the front so new tyres can get put on the back (or it could be the other way round-I really should be blonde). They seemed completely unphased by my lack of car knowledge and did the job on the spot with no booking and no hint of the patronising attitude I usually get from such places. Their prices were good in comparison to what I've seen advertised from other tyre places. Would willingly recommend them to any other hapless female needing new tyres.
