The bed must have had an electric blanket under the towels as it was extremely warm. This probably would have been more useful if I was unclothed, getting a massage, however with my warm winter jumper on it made me feel too hot. The gentle music and dimmed lighting helped ensure that I was in a relaxed mood and the lady who was treating me ensured she knew exactly what I wanted before starting. I was extremely happy with the outcome - I now have perfectly rounded and neat eyebrows!
