I don't know if there are enough words to describe our love for the staff at Rosetta. In one of the…read morehardest times of our life, realizing we needed assistance with my mother-in-law, Lisa helped guide us, answer any questions we may had and was an amazing advocate for my mother-in-law Angie. Living in another state was terrifying for us, being so far away. The only way we made it through was the loving staff at Rosetta. They always answered our calls, they always kept us updated and they had a genuine love and affection for Angie that was priceless. If you haven't been through this situation before then there is no way to explain that the staff's ability to let us sleep at night is a gift that I hope they understand the importance of. Being able to function, being able to go about our work and needs knowing she was not only taken care of, but cared for is the greatest thing anyone could ever do for us, and they did that. They allowed us to step out of the role of caregiver and just be family. We got to enjoy what time we had without the stress of what to do or how to do it. I have worked in this industry for a while and I can honestly say this particular group and this particular home is special. I have been in places where the staff is just trying to get through the day, through the shift and they do the minimum required of their job. That is where she was when Lisa had an opening and I knew if Lisa wasn't able to take her then she would be gone within a month or so. What Lisa and her staff gave us was time, and that is the only thing in this situation worth value. They are angels and to us, we hold them in the highest regard.

In my opinion, Rosetta Assisted Living in Twin Falls ID is the best memory/alzheimer's care…read morefacility in Southern Idaho. Their entire focus is on residents who are living with memory or dementia issues. Staff are thoroughly trained in this specialized type of care with continuing in-services to enhance or add to their skill sets. The facility itself is beautiful, and well maintained, situated in a beautiful residential area. When you walk in, it feels like you are in someone's lovely home. The Administrator, Lisa (Junod) Miller has worked in elder care for most of her adult life and has expert knowledge in the area of Alzheimer's/memory issues. She takes great pride in making sure her facility provides the best in care. She is often heard to say that "It's all about the residents" and it is in this beautiful home. Rosetta provides many events and activities for its residents and families all designed specifically for them and their needs and desires. You'll often see family BBQ's, holiday parties including Halloween, Christmas, and more .. it really does feel like home and when you meet with Lisa and the staff you will know that is true; this is 'home' .. and the staff are there to serve these special residents in 'their home'. I would highly recommend Rosetta for any family who are considering Memory/Alzheimer's care for their loved one. You will not be disappointed and will feel a huge sense of relief knowing your loved one is being loved and cared for in the very best way.

I frequent this place usually 3-4x a week. I have a heart condition which is requiring surgery…read morewithin the month. I am constantly in the er here and have also been admitted a few times. Now let me explain why I rated st Luke's at 2 stars. First the negatives -quite a few arrogant doctors (god complex) -staff seems to be more focused on chatting in the hallways then paying attention to their patients. -some (not all) doctors don't listen to your concerns and needs. - alot of the nurses tend to have trouble with something as simple as an IV. -FREEZING all the time - front desk attendant is rude and seems uninterested Now for the positives -low wait times -a few of the doctors are amazing. To name a few - Dr. Ellsworth and DR Roberts are my absolute favorites. They are attentive, they genuinely listen to your concerns and and they do everything in their power to not only make you comfortable but to also alleviate whatever is medically wrong with you. -the cafeteria food is surprisingly good (especially for a hospital) -starbucks located inside -ample and convenient parking All in all this hospital is not the the best. Most of the doctors could stand to work on their attitude and so could a few nurses. (Again this doesn't include all of them....theres just some bad apples). Solid 2 stars

I'm actually baffled at how useless St. Lukes is. I call ahead of time after reading that St. Lukes…read moreurgent care does Rabies Vaccines. Urgent care confirms that, Yes, they do. I get there, They hook me up to check blood pressure and vitals, and then as they're taking them, inform me, "So, we don't ACTUALLY do rabies here, I'm going to send you to the ER after we're finished here." They refuse to tell me the price disparity between the ER and Urgent care. So I decline, and go to the ER myself, who also refuse to give me any info, telling me instead to call Patient financial services if I want to know. I call Patient Financial, and have to give up trying to understand the broken English of the Indian on the other side. "Hallo sar, WAHY ayoo cawwing todai???" At this point death from infectious disease sounds like less stress than dealing with dishonest health services.
