The unit and surrounding areas were overrun with cobwebs and spiders. It was unsettling to leave and return to the unit, as the hallways and staircases were filled with webs and spiders that we had to walk through. We resorted to using a broom each time we exited just to avoid being bitten or entangled. Additionally, the carpet was in the hall was in poor condition--filthy, heavily stained, and emitting unpleasant odors. It is evident that the building is not being cleaned on a regular basis, which is especially disappointing given that guests are paying for a comfortable vacation stay. We informed the owners about the dust in the unit and they apologize and refunded the cleaning fee, Also, we informed the owners about the halls and stairs, who acknowledged that this has been an ongoing issue. This level of maintenance and cleanliness is unacceptable and needs to be addressed promptly.

Like no big deal we will send a stranger over to breath on your family for an hour while We reclean. IT should be clean when you arrive, not after. She just kept saying the same thing over and over as if it would become ok suddenly?) Also, the place smelled like stale, old smoke. She tried to say it was the cleaner that smelled like smoke. They use a smoke scented cleaner?! Overall, I would never do business with this rental company again. The unprofessional attitude and rudeness of the employees was too much to deal with on vacation! Everything is there you need, beach chairs, coffee maker, coffee, sheets, towels and tons of games and things to do. It is truely the best of the beach on a beautiful golf course. On Thursday, I was about to call and cancel... since the clubs weren't supposed to be dropped off till the next morning. Before I call, I get a message from them that my clubs are waiting for me at the golf course I was scheduled to play on Friday. I call them and see if I can cancel, but was told that it took a while (45 minutes) to deliver the clubs to the course and they'd have to send someone to pick them up too... so they'd have to charge me a few days, but could refund the rest by Venmo. That's not ideal, considering they delivered them early and didn't deliver them where I asked, but I gave them my info. I never heard anything back. So, they delivered the clubs a day early, to the wrong location, and I got charged 5 days for nothing. I don't know the company, they may rent great clubs and be good folks, but it wasn't a good experience on my end.
