    Long story short, my non-English speaking mom "won" a 4-day/4-night cruise and a 4-day/4-night…read morehotel stay all for $299 by a representative named "Heavenly" (hehe irony intended) through an expo called the "The Travel & Adventure Show". She explained that we would have the option to pick which one of the two to go on first, how much our food voucher we would've gotten, and we would pick 4 out of the 9 locations for our vacations. In other words, she didn't explain how the schedule generally works. When we called Capital Vacations, it turned out that Heavenly left out a couple of key things. She left out a couple of key requirements: You need to have at least one vacation-goer that's fluent in English and earn an income. Otherwise, you would be ineligible, and would be required to find someone that meets those requirements. She also left out the fact that you have to pick 1 out of the 9 locations for your 4-day/4-night hotel stay and sit down for their timeshare presentation in order to redeem your cruise. When we demanded a refund from Capital Vacations for Heavenly's lying by omission, they refused to because it was past the 30-day refund policy via their terms of service. Their TOS was not discussed when my mom swiped her credit card on that day. I wonder how that manager I talked to on the phone would feel if he wasn't given key information whenever he had to sign up for something . Hopefully he won't feel pissed off for being manipulated to paying a lot of money, and just accept that the refund won't happen due to the terms of service! /s As of today, my mom was able to secure a chargeback which fully refunded money back into her credit card. So if any of you guys paid using Credit Card and the company refuses to refund it back, go to your credit card company and issue a chargeback. It'll take at 30-90 days but it's worth it! Don't know if Heavenly will read this review, but I have this to say to you. You should be sued for all your worth, and you should be in jail for manipulating me and my mom. Lying by omission to a non-English speaker (when you know that's the case) and using me as a translator to enable your lies is disgusting, despicable, and vile. I am ashamed and embarrassed to have ever talked with you, and you deserve every second of shame and punishment delivered to you.

    We won this stay from a condo owner and were honored to stay there. The pool is huge and right on…read morethe beach. The water is very warm at night. Lots of foot-washing stations keep the pool clean. Very family friendly. Bar next to the pool serves bar-b-que at lunch. Live music a few feet from that. Good security with cards to enter and exit. Everyone wore masks and respected those rules. Wifi in lobby area with formal chairs and tables. Otherwise, your rental unit owner has to provide you with one for the room. Free TV. Staff extremely friendly, from security to bar to car garage.

It is by far the best condo we've ever rented, and its one of the highlights of the year for my family. Some of the amenities you'll find onsite are, a large heated pool, Tiki Bar at the pool during summer vacation season, tennis courts (2), putting green, driving net, casual food venue serving breakfast and lunch, and oceanfront cocktail lounge. One of the benefits of renting this unit is that only a small portion of the Maisons-sur-Mer condos are rental units, leaving the beach un-crowded and very family oriented. Another thing that is included with the rental is a beach service umbrella set (2 chairs and an umbrella) which is set up each day by the beach lifeguard for you to use ($130 value). The condo has everything you need, very clean, and 2 huge balconies for amazing views. Janet has perfected the reservation process and is always available for any questions that may come up during your stay. I highly recommend staying at unit 707 for your family vacation.

    We visited Myrtle Beach for softball at the Ripken Experience Spring Training Complex. I reserved a…read morecondo through Casago at the Meridian 503 for 5 nights. The process of reserving was fine. We arrived on Sunday, walked into the condo and everything looked ok at first overview. On Monday morning, we noticed a few roaches crawling around the kitchen going into the living room. We killed what we saw and I contact Casago by phone. Casago documented my complaint, asked me to take pictures to send and made sure to tell me immediately that another room option was not available and that our rental agreement included a no refund policy. They explained that an extermination request had to go through the HOA and was not scheduled or controlled by Casago. We googled what we could do to try and prevent any roaches getting into our belongings and did the best we could. On Tuesday morning, we saw adult roaches crawling around the bathroom. By Tuesday afternoon, I still had not received any updates about my complaint or extermination. I called Casago, spoke with a nice lady but she had no updates for me. I continued to let them know by phone and on the VRBO app messaging system how unhappy I was with this issue. Later Tuesday evening, Casago messaged me through VRBO and told me that the extermination had been done. Wednesday morning, we saw at least 2 more adult roaches crawling around the bathroom. I took pictures as Casago requested and sent them to Casago in the VRBO app. They responded telling me "it's common to see increased activity shortly after treatment as the products begin working and flush pests out of hiding", that they understood how "unsettling this must have been" and apologized. All they said was that they had noted my concern, added follow up for possible compensation and would review after departure. My departure was scheduled for Friday, so basically, they were waiting until we checked out to review our situation. I took that as they expected us to just deal with the roaches crawling all over the condo until our departure. I took pictures of unclean, unattended areas such as under the appliances and bed. I sent the pictures to Casago and explained that these unclean areas may be part of the roach problem. I found a pair of adult size pink crocs under my bed which were left for who knows how long. I suggested that Casago check on their cleaning company because obviously, they weren't doing their job correctly. They thanked me for bringing this issue to their attention and still had the audacity to say "we hope you enjoy the remainder of your stay". How were we supposed to enjoy the remainder of our stay with roaches crawling all over the condo??? We returned to the condo around 10:30pm Wednesday and we walked into 20 or more roaches crawling EVERYWHERE! There were roaches crawling on the floor in the living room, roaches on the walls, countertops and even coming out from behind pictures hanging on the wall. By this time, I had all I could take. I immediately began packing up our belongings, called another hotel down the street, reserved the rest of our stay and we left the Meridian. This new reservation was $525 which was almost the cost of our entire 5 night Meridian stay. There was limited availability at 11:00pm on Wednesday night and it's all I could find. After midnight, I sent Casago a message through the VRBO app to let them know we had left the room. They responded to remind me of what they had already responded to me with, told me they'd get in touch with me once my concern was reviewed and made sure the enforce that the Meridian has nothing to do with our reservation. My thought was, why do I care about that? All I was wanting was resolution for this disgusting health issue of roaches all over the condo. Today is Wednesday of the next week, and I have yet to receive a resolution for this horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
