Immediately After all of my rehab was finished (my rehab took about a year) they sent the demand letter to my personal insurance. I am disappointed to see some recent negative reviews from people unhappy with their settlement amounts. I want to educate the public: if you want fair compensation, you have to document your injuries. The reality of personal injury law is that if you don't go to the doctor, the insurance company assumes you aren't injured. The attorneys here fight hard to maximize settlements, but they can only prove your case if the medical records are there to back it up."

She helped me a bit with how to accept the accident, and the thing that matters is that I am alive. My case took a while, a little over a year, which I knew from the start, as James explained to me. James is a very nice person as well. He was very gentle talking to me, making sure that my feelings would not get triggered by the accident. I didn't have to do anything. All I had to do was answer the phone when Sylvia called. They dealt with the insurance and all that. I only contributed a bit when I was having problems with my health insurance.
