I retained this office initially with no problems however they dropped my case without notice and said I was a prop 213 case and was not covered because I didn't have insurance however after some additional review of prop 213, that prop doesn't apply if accident accident occurred on private property, in which my accident did in fact occur on property and it specifically says that on the Police report clear as day, I was not advised of this by the firm and am now pursuing a malpractice claim against them for the gross and negligent error that has severely impacted my case. read more

I'm not sure how they have so many good reviews. Maybe i just got unlucky with the people that handled my case because I don't see any of their names in the good reviews. I never even spoke to the assigned attorney suraj, I only spoke with the case manager Geraldine. Although she was very nice they did not help me at all , I did not know much since it was my first car accident I found this law firm thinking they were going to help me every step of the way, they didn't even tell me I had to tow my car out of the impound until it was already over 1k to get it out since I planned to just leave it there since it was a total loss.. I was not at fault but the other side was trying to make it seem that way so I knew it was going to be difficult but I still believed I had a case due to the circumstances. During the 6 months after my accident , there was almost no progress or updates, they did not call me for the one appointment that was set up to give my statement, which I thought was going to help my case :/. The reviews must be from the easily winnable cases, I would not recommend this place to anyone that needs a good attorney or at least the attorney I was assigned too.. read more

No updates and this guy doesn't call you back! Labor Day 2020, my son was hit by an unsecured canvas ad while scootering causing him to crash and get injured. I called this firm the same day because of it's reviews and 24 hour hotline. I gave Jeff all the details and sent pictures via their text system as advised. It has been 4 days (at the time this review was made). Haven't heard from them. I called three times two days after I spoke to Jeff, the lady had no details so she just connected my call to Jeff's extension, which went to voicemail. Left one message asking for a call back. Nothing. I have since retained another lawyer. Maybe my case is too small for them, but the least they can do is let me know so I can move on and find another instead of waiting for nothing. I would not recommend their services .. they say you won't have a case manager helping you with your case that is a lie I only ever spoke to an attorney once the first day I went in. They do not reply back to you in a timely manner the paralegal I had helping me was not good at all I felt like I was doing all the work.. also they failed to give me proper information , my mechanic was giving me more information than they were an issue that almost cost me 1700$ out of pocket ... Even when I called to speak to the attorney to let them know how poor of a job they were doing he did not speak to me the case manager did again .. I fired them..
