I had a disappointing experience at Brie Ella in Westfield Topanga today (around 7:30 p.m. on August 4). The Asian male cashier wearing glasses and a hat came across as very unfriendly and uninterested in helping. I asked which rose quartz looked better, and he simply replied, "It's up to you. I can't choose for you," without offering any guidance. I then asked if one was the smallest size, and he just said, "Yeah," without even taking a moment to look. I understand employees can't make every decision for customers, but good customer service means being willing to help answer questions and engage politely. The interaction felt cold, dismissive, and rushed. I expected much better service, especially in a store where customers often want advice before making a purchase. read more

I LOVE crystals and the energy of this store is amazing. They opened 3 years ago had to close for one year during the pandemic and now they are open again. The staff is lovely and explained to me the store is named Briella after the owner Avi's daughter. I love places with sentimental value! The store originally opened also for his mother who has been a healer for over 30 years. I came in with my friend who wanted some red crystals and she specifically went with red jasper. They have a large variety of items including necklaces, rings, and bracelets. I saw some beautiful stones as well and will be returning soon! read more

My wife wanted to check out this store when we were in The Village before dinner. She was looking for something to help with her anxiety and wanted to see what they have. The store is decorated nicely and have a lot of rock or stones to offer. I also saw that they have a palm reader or psychic at the store as well. Someone was getting their fortune or future decided by the cards. I saw some skull head that they had here and was interested in them. So stuff are pretty cheap but depending on what you want it can be expensive as well. read more

I brought my two-year-old to the shop the other day because he loves nature and he loves my crystals we have at home, and rocks outside, and I knew he would love it. He's a really really well behaved boy very quiet, shy, was fascinated by all the things in the store, especially the bracelets, which I was maybe going to get him one. We were in the store a total of about 15 minutes, so not just a quick stop but nothing obscene. He started looking at the rocks on the table, and the woman who works there came over and scolded us and told us that she had just organized them. There was literally one labradorite moved into the rose quartz, something that takes less than a second to simply put back in place , which I would've been happy to do, and I would've done that automatically before we left anyway. I think it may have even already been that way when we walked over to the table. there were other teenage girls in the store. He didn't knock anything over. He wasn't being reckless he's really really careful and sweet and he loved all the things. They way she scolded me for something so harmless, made me feel very unwelcome. I walked out with my son, and he was sobbing because he really wanted to continue looking at the beautiful things, and he obviously didn't understand. I would love to bring him here again, but it was a very bad experience that ended in lots of tears, over something so simple and harmless! read more
