Just walking into the yard area of Topanga Rocks is relaxing. It is an adorable store and kept so nice. pretty organized and the selection is great. Now, you can get a lot of the crystals and jewelry elsewhere at a better price. This is not a bargain store. What you do get here is calm service and staff that is helpful and can guide you. It is also connected to or affiliated with Jalan Imports which has great things from Bali. I love their Buddhas. I can't afford (anywhere) the large ones, but one day I am going to find a small one and be a happy camper. I love their silver jewelry and have bought a couple of pieces there. They have an amazing selection of crystals from super tiny to just huge. They are all beautiful and again the place is just chill and no one bothers you. I just adore the staff and the main reason for my return. I also love the smell of the place. It is so worth a visit or three. Have fun. read more

Discovered this place by chance, they have a lot of large rocks in their garden, and small pieces inside the shop. Nice selection of fine jewelry like sterling silver. Came here a few times and got some nice pieces until I realized how much I was ripped off. My main gripe with this place is their price and their no refund policy. I found the same crystal bracelet for $8.99 while they sell it for $38... not just the bracelets, the crystal points too were 4 times the rate compared to online. I understand it's a store and you have overhead, but other stores sold the same item for $18, be a little bit reasonable. You are also located in the hills not downtown Beverly Hills. These are not rare crystal/stones here. They're pretty easy to find at other stores and online. Unless you really feel the call to the crystal.. buy it elsewhere. read more

Topanga canyon has always had such a special chill and zen vibe. I adore shopping here for the holidays and for HBD gifts. Topanga Rocks is easily accessible driving and it's before you venture deep into Topanga land, coming from Venice Beach. It's tucked into the canyon, like hidden treasure. Let's begin with this is such a special location and property. It encompasses a waterfall, a short hike that overlooks the entire canyon, and there are lifesize minerals for your home, and well as special pendants to keep yr chakras aligned or just make you feel zen. I always purchase the pendants as gifts, and head to the natural waterfall, cascading down the mountainside, adorned by the epic amethyst heart. Here, I sit with myself for awhile bc this place is such a natural beauty. I just wanna take a moment to enjoy life in nano-seconds. I shall be back around Mother's Day. I was absolutely blown away with how breathtaking this shop is. Hands down the best crystal shop ever. With a flippin waterfall too!! How could you beat that?? I was visiting Topanga for my birthday and as a crystal shop owner in Orange County, I really would vouch for how incredible their pieces are! It's just a shame I never came here sooner! We left with two labradorite pendants and a rose quartz tower. I still think about the massive blue kyanite piece outside. I stepped into heaven at this shop!! read more

OK, I honestly don't want to say anything too bad about Topanga Rocks as it's a fine store. But crystal and jewellery stores are pretty thick on the ground in Los Angeles and local environs. Do they have some lovely pieces? Sure. A bit more expensive than normal...but, then, you are mere miles from Malibu. Every time I've come in here I've been greeted politely. But I've never spent more than ten minutes here. Nor have I ever bought anything. The selection of crystals is essentially what I'd expect at any crystal shop. The jewelry...the same. Just a bit pricier. Honestly, if it weren't sharing a lot with Jalan Jalan Imports AND right next to Owl Falls, I would likely skip it. read more

Was on a day-date yesterday at the Lake Shrine and decided to go home through Topanga Canyon and we stopped at this amazing location. It is just gorgeous. The sheer number of museum quality icons and statues is overwhelming. The huge geodes and crystals look otherworldly. The waterfall is gorgeous. The smell of Nag Champa in the air sets the scene. Inside the shop is not your bog-standard new-age crystal store. This is a nicely curated collection that the owners clearly care about. The worker was as sweet as can be. Side note: Another gentleman came in and used the water cooler to get some water, it was a hot day and you need to hydrate. But the cooler was almost empty and the owner asked the man politely not to take it all because it needed to be changed. It was one of those old fashioned glass five gallon bottles. I could tell that a full one would be way too heavy for the petite woman, so I politely offered to change it out for her. She readily accepted and lickety split I got a brand new one on for her. I felt it was a mitzvah for me to do and the right thing at the right time. It was an easy gift to give, and right now I'm feeling that I want to give as much of myself to others as I take from them. I expected nothing in return. She gave us a very nice discount on our purchase (we DID NOT ask for one) and was just overjoyed at the generosity. So to sum up, a five star experience all around. I love this spot. I always stop in on my way to hike in Topanga. They have some amazing huge crystals that project an immense amount of energy. I also love to go sit by the water fall in back. I highly recommend stopping in here. The owner is super sweet too! read more

This is a beautiful place with unique, one of a kind furniture pieces and sculptures. It has a beautiful water fall and a place to sit and enjoy nature and the tranquility amongst breathtakingly huge crystals. Spent over an hour here just taking it all in. Really enjoyed it. Went into the store where there are more crystal pieces and jewelry. Picked up two bracelets that looked like your average crystals. Paid $300 for them. Was kind of in shock when I saw the total but purchased them, anyway. One of the bracelets broke within a week. There is a sign on the counter that reads, "All sales are final". The bracelets are over priced for the quality. You can get the same bracelets elsewhere for $30. Topanga Rocks a beautiful place to visit but it's over priced for the average person. read more

They have a gorgeous selection of crystals from giant geodes to little pocket stones, everything is a top quality piece. The atmosphere is simple, clean, and classy. They also double as an art gallery and always have amazing art, mostly by local artists, hanging on the walls.
