The three…read moregentlemen who moved me were polite, punctual, organized, careful, efficient, and highly organized -- need I go on? The first move was two years ago when I moved from Honesdale to New York City. And the second time was a few months ago when I moved out of my New York City apartment to New Jersey, but Minute-Man Movers transported all of my belongings to a storage unit back in Scranton, PA. The team likes to get started early, and when I say early, the earlier the better. I asked Dave, the lead guy at the company, if he could be at my apartment by 6 a.m., and true to his word he was there at the requested time right on the dot. Both times the guys moved me, nothing was out of place, let alone damaged, and the second time around I did a lousy job of packing. But that didn't stop them from taking care of everything. It was a little pricy for me, but that's because of all of the driving the movers had to undertake back and forth, but their service was nothing short of incredible both times, so it was worth every penny. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, and I always recommend them to all of my friends and family. You can't go wrong with these guys!

U-Pack is a god option to use when moving if you want someone else to drive your household goods…read moreand furniture to your new house. Granted, you have to load the trailer but they will give you several days and you aren't paying daily rental fees unlike U-haul. I think we had four days to load the trailer. With that being said, it's a little more difficult to load these trailers because the deck height is about four feet. They do provide a ramp but it is quite heavy and it takes two people to put it up and store it. Keep in mind that this is actually an ABF freight trailer and if you don't take up the entire trailer with your furniture, they may put other freight in the trailer although you install bulkheads with your own locks that will separate your furniture from any of their freight. It was actually a pretty good move so I was definitely satisfied.

Turns out he was a bit of a drive from where I needed things done. Instead of sending me a ridiculous price I got a nice note asking if he could recommend some companies closer to me area because of the distance. The team was helpful, patient and kind, and everything went smoothly with the loading process on a very hot day. I had my own covers for my couches, but they did an excellent job wrapping the last over-sized chair. These guys were very professional. I attached a couple of photos of the large, long-distance truck and the organization on boxes and other items. The quoting process was good, as Scott was personable and wore a mask inside my home during the COVID-19 lockdown period. The office was OK about the paperwork and emails - just be patient and follow up if needed. I'll also note that the moving company on the delivery end was not so great, but it's probably the roll of the dice. The driver admitted that my dresser was wrapped properly by the loading company, but the delivery guys unwrapped it before moving through the door, which resulted in some minor damage. All boxes arrived. Only one loose, inexpensive patio chair was missing (which I could have prevented had I packed it in a box properly. Overall, I was satisfied given my expectations of the long haul.

They were very responsive, adapted quickly, helpful, super friendly and had great attitudes. I would never recommend this company. Just want your money but don't want to take responsibility when they deliver your stuff to the wrong person. I could not believe the response they gave me about trying to locate my belongings. It was like well it's not here and we have no ideal where they could be just file a claim and we will send you $50.00.

His workers complained, took smoke breaks, and were way too hasty and careless with my belongings. They damaged my property not once, but twice. I had to pay in full before the insurance claim was put through, which should have been my first red flag. Their insurance denied the claims, so my furniture was taken to a third party. The furniture was repaired beautifully, but bringing the items back, one item was damaged again. Putting ithe drawers back into a chest, a track was broken. I requested a third party to come repair the track, as I no longer trust this company with any of my belongings. Johnny currently has not gotten back to be regarding ordering new tracks. When asked, Johnny was upset that I left a negative review, and the lack of professionalism is exhibited via text message shown. This was after my furniture was damaged for the second time, and the track of a drawer broken. This company exhibits a lack of care for your belongings, lack of care for your time, and lack of professionalism. Do not trust them with your valued items.
