They made ever single townhome repair their roof because 3 actual townhomes had roof damage because we were told the shingle color was discontinued only to find out later that was not true. Driveways are never plowed before work in the mornings, siding it cracked and broken from shovelers and plows and they don't repair, outdoor light fixtures are old and loose and falling down, sidewalks are cracked and dangerous, there is NO guest parking, and it's frowned against if you don't put two cars in the garage and leave the outside spots in front of your garage empty for deliveries, plowing, etc...WE WILL NEVER BUY again where we have to deal with an association. I would strongly recommend NOT purchasing while this is the management company. We will be lucky if we're able to rent this place with this company, let alone sell it.

There is no one way to keep him accountable to do his job. The woman that are apart of the association specifically Joy, likes to target people and allow her friends to do the same. The biggest problem we have is with the renters in here. Brad allows them to break rules which include parties that last hours past quiet time into the early mornings. Joy chooses to enforce rules with people that she has issues with and her friend are allowed to do anything. Watched it happen from the first year we lived here. And watch the board member specifically the president and Joy harass my guest my next door neighbor any chance they got including yelling at her for damage done on the grass due to another neighbor bringing her dog over to urinate. The harassment that goes on is ridiculous because they are board members in a position of power so they can harass whoever they choose. I ve seen this happen repeatedly and even have been targeted myself. This place is out of hand! Brad is a do nothing lazy manager or is he the owner of Homefront management? I give them a neg zero. He had excellent timing when it came to our requests for repairs, his open communication was very helpful when we needed his assistance for anything or had questions, and he upheld a high integrity when it came to the lease. He is a very humble businessman and runs his properties with strong responsibility. His maintainence vendors were very respectful of our home and willing to work out time slots for repairs in a timely manner. Our property was kept up to date with maintenance repairs (yearly) and state codes. His empathy was clearly shown during our time of financial stress, when he sent a list of community resources and county assistance programs, plus tips on how to file, to help us out. When our German Shepherd passed away, he sent out a sympathy email and gave the ok to get another dog when we were ready with no additional deposit. We truly cannot thank Nick enough for all of his help and his generosity. This rental property was not a regular rental property; it was our home.
