Called them, stated the problem and they agreed to come out the next day. Well these promises went on for three days until they finally stated they were too busy to come back. I than hired an appliance repair company who found the problem to be that the drain line was installed to deep and was fixed in ten minutes. I can't believe Ken and Marc were too busy for a ten minute fix. If they hadn't lead me wrong for three days I would have felt differently.

That would be $100 late fee plus our $100 deposit and one hour free for the long lunch poor. Plus they did not have the right tools needed to do the job correctly. After all was said and done we ended up paying for 10 hours of labor when they only actually worked for 8 1/2 hours. Just another crooked company that has hidden fees they don't mention when quoting the job that they stick you with at the last minute like $400 for materials even though they reuse the materials they use and take them with them. I CANNOT recommend this company under any circumstance...look somewhere else.

It was ultimately delivered and cleared. Despite this, the company charged my personal credit card multiple times without authorization while they were unavailable to accept the properly issued payment. This happened even while there was ongoing communication with their finance leadership. I've reported the charges, but there has been no meaningful response or resolution. Between providing incorrect information, failing to receive payment, and making unauthorized charges, this raises serious concerns. Proceed with caution.

I booked my move several weeks in advance and I was called 2 weeks out to confirm that no changes were needed and again the day before. I appreciate the confirmation text I was given the day before as well as a phone call when the movers were 15 minutes out. I love that type of accountability! My items were moved with care by all and I really appreciated the patience they had with me.
