My WiFi and home theater was destroyed by a lightning strike. I called a few A/V techs in the Savannah area and was most impressed with Keith from TV Guys. He had a tech come promptly and check out the damage and after reviewing the options, I went ahead and had Keith and his crew replace my now dead Plasma TV with a new LG OLED monitor, Denon receiver and associated accessories. Their work was prompt, professional, and accommodating. The end result is a system that both looks better and sounds better than what I had originally. If I could give them a higher rated review I would. TV guys is simply fantastic and Keith is such a great person to help with any of your home audio needs. I moved to Savannah and was wanting to install a 5.1 sound system in my new audio room to pair with my OLED TV. Keith came by on a Tuesday and the system was installed, ready to go by Friday. TV guys came to the house and installed everything, hid the wires, etc. The next week, Keith came by again and helped fine tune the system. It sounds INCREDIBLE. I am wanting to rewatch all my favorite movies and replay my favorite games. He convinced me to add ceiling speakers and I couldn't be happier with the system. I asked them to come to my house and they screwed it all up ......on my wall just liked I asked them to and it is a very sturdy installation. Wait, you didn't think that?..things were going to be bad did you? Didn't you see my 5 star rating before reading?....I loved the installs. I called the guys after seeing a sign that they posted at a busy intersection (insert scary story of wierd for hire laborers right?) Nope I loved their work and their personalities. Keith the Lead installer was very helpful over the phone prior to his arrival during the appointment setting phase and even as we talked right up until their arrival. I even asked them to do a closet remodel with some pieces that I purchased from Home Depot and they surveyed the scene gave me quite that I liked and embarked on that part of the visit as well. I didn't feel cheated by the pricing and let me just tell you that my family and I love the work that they did. I may have to go onto Pinterest and get more ideas and send those their way too. They showed my wife and I pictures of previous work and all that did was give me more ideas that I need to pursue. I won't reveal too much but since this is between you and I... I want a stereo install in my Garage, surround sound with Subwoofers. I can't wait to call them back for more work because my wife was hesitant to get the work done, but after seeing the work that they did she now wants her own closet remodel. Not reliable. We scheduled two appointments for installation. We called the day before and the day of appointment to get a window. No answer and no return call until the installer was on the way, and relayed that the office was closed because they were at a conference. We couldn't accommodate so we rescheduled. What a great experience! I know nothing about electronics, but wanted to get my 5 Tv's(3 in my den alone) ready for football season. Don't purchase your TV from these guys. Keith has zero integrity. I bought a TV through them and paid for mounting service as well. The TV stopped working after 2 months. I called them. They sent someone out. The TV couldn't be repaired. The technician said he would tell the owner Keith that the TV needed to be replaced and would have him call me same day. Three days later, no call. I called and the woman who answered said "oh, is Samsung going to replace your TV". Guy did call me back stating he didn't know I was expecting a call. I sent him an email of the text message from his technician confirming to me that he had spoken with Keith and Keith had committed to reach out. Whoever said Keith stands behind his work clearly didn't buy a TV from him. This guy will not even respond. I'm actually going to file a small claims case. All he needed to do was the right thing. I wasn't upset with him that the TV stopped working, but the lack of integrity after it did is beyond unacceptable. read more

My Experience- WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. My neighbor recommended TVGuys. I needed a 7.2 Onkyo surround sound system installed. Made an appt. They were over an hour late "flat tire". System was installed NOVEMBER 17,2016. Keith showed me what they do with LED ambient lighting. I agreed to have LED strip lights installed. NOVEMBER 22,2016, TVGuys attempted to install strips but realized they needed different equipment to drill through wall. They left, came back next day, installed strips but didn't complete job, leaving holes in the walls that needed patching. Since Thanksgiving was approaching, Keith asked if they could finish the job after the holiday, I agreed. Thanksgiving came and went. FOUR WEEKS went by, I was not happy, you don't leave a job unfinished that long. I had to chase them down, leaving many text/phone messages. Finally, DECEMBER 21,2016 they showed up and finished the job. I was so unhappy with the way business was conducted, to his credit, Keith offered to refund the total amount for the light strips and installation. Four months later, one of the surround sound speakers came down crashing onto my mantel and obliterating a beautiful large glass vase sitting on the mantel. What a mess! Two weeks later, Keith replaced the speaker and had it re-hung properly. Less than a year from my initial installations, I heard a loud bang, the light strip dimmed, and started flashing. I can't turn the lights off. Sent Keith a text message, he stated he would come and remove lights and "because he refunded my money, the lights are not covered under any warranty provided by him". (Yes, you refunded my money due to your unprofessionalism). I asked how much for replacement, he was not sure but would get back to me. My concern now is if something shorted/blew, is there a potential fire hazard inside the walls. What's next? WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! read more
