I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here has been awful from start to finish. I was told I was getting a root canal, but apparently I never actually received one and only got a crown. I have been in severe pain for two weeks and have had to go back multiple times, only to be told there is "nothing they can do" and to take pain meds. Today I was suddenly referred to an endodontist because the pain has gotten so bad, yet no one even tried to adjust the bite before jumping to another appointment a week out. The quality of the dental work was unacceptable. The assistants did almost everything, including the crown work, and they clearly are not trained well. One of them cut my gums during the procedure and said "oops." I have photos of the damage (my gums, tongue, and even lip). During one visit I received five shots because they could not get the tooth numb. My teeth were not hurting before I came here, I NEVER had pain in my mouth and now? After going to them, I am dealing with constant pain and have to go in for a REAL root canal to undo the damage they did with my nerve in my tooth. They also pressure patients into leaving five star reviews by promising free teeth whitening for life. This practice does not focus on patient care, only money. There are far better dentists in Colorado Springs. I regret ever coming here and will not be returning or spending another dollar. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I chose this place based on the impressive Google reviews; I really thought I'd love this place, but unfortunately, it was my worst experience ever. The office staff were nice but not very professional. The clinic charged a $75 consultation fee if you didn't cancel your appointment before 48 hours, which is acceptable, but did not inform me that the consultation scheduled with another doctor had been canceled. I was surprised upon arrival. I worked with Dr. Espinosa, who was very unwelcoming, ignorant, and rude, walking away after finishing the work without asking if I had any questions or concerns, without a word, explanation, or goodbye. (The things that made me feel that I was discriminated against as an Arab female immigrant with not too much English.) Dr. Kramer was much better than Dr. Espinosa. Also, please note that you can expect to work with assistants and hygienists more than the doctor. The luxury treatments they attempt to offer clients, like champagne and heated massage chairs, don't matter if faced with staff who won't listen to you, give you time, or make you feel comfortable and welcome during your treatment. There are many good dental clinics here in Springs where I had great experiences and that would offer much more. read more

I definitely recommend Bright Dentistry wholeheartedly. The facility is state of the art, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They always have a smile on their faces and bend over backwards to make sure your exerience is seemless from booking the inital appt to having your treatment plan ready and looking for all possible financing should you need it. The Dentists and assistants never make you feel rushed and provide you up front with all potential scenarios and treatment plans that coincide with what your insurance offers. I feel that the entire staff puts your needs first and definitely has your best interest at heart. I've searched for a good dental office for a few years now and have floated between a few of them. I am happy to say that I have found my place and only wish I would have came to them sooner. Also, the mimosas, netflix, massaging chairs and goody bags are just the icing on the cake! read more

My wife needed dental work and initially we thought the place was good but has turned out very poorly. Doctor espenosa was quite rude the second visit giving no hello, no information just checking the work and saying nothing to my wife then leaving without coming back. Some of the assistants are good. The front desk are helpful. I would say they are actually very slow. We had been to another place before and they took about 45min to complete similar work but this place was like 2 hours. Also Dr. Kramer is the only one who can do implant consultation, we requested two times for an appointment with him but we show and get told "oh he's not in today". Like what the heck, what doctor gets scheduled patients then decides to not show up? Would highly recommend looking somewhere else. read more

I used to go to this dentist when I lived in Springs and I absolutely loved it there! Everyone is friendly and the service is amazing! I ended up moving up to the Denver Metro area so I decided to try a couple dentists up there. After trying those and having issues with billing and/or the service, I decided that I would drive the hour down to Bright Dentistry for my next appointment - it was definitely worth the drive. I'm not in the area anymore but if you live in Colorado Springs/Denver, this would be my go to dentist! read more

Amazing dental office experience - beautiful lobby, friendly and caring staff, mimosas while you wait, and overall just a relaxing experience. I am happy to say I have found my dentist in the Colorado Springs area. The free whitening kit and beautiful view of Pikes Peak from the waiting room are just pluses to the overall experience. The staff does not pressure you into doing unnecessary procedures - very transparent with pricing which I appreciate. Can't wait to be back! read more

I continue to be blown away by Dr. Kramer and his crew. A young, yet experienced, dentist with a great patient rapport. Dr. Kramer has a gentle hand, as does his Dental Assistant, Marie. Dr. Kramer gives lots of information before, during, and after any procedure. I was thrilled to pay $200 less than quoted on services rendered (a crown) that took a third of the time to complete vs a dentist I went to 4 months ago for another crown which is still sensitive. And I mean a 1/3 of the time in drilling and casting the temporary crown and then the final crown (which was done in 30 minutes, without any numbing agent, while watching Netflix in a massage chair.) What?! Never had a better Dentist experience. His staff is top notch and fusses with your comfort physically and financially (again) before during and after any appointment. Everyone is so approachable, professional, and fun. I think I've found my forever dental clinic! read more

This place is awesome! First, they provide free whitening with EVERY visit. They have great customer service, new technology, friendly staff, brand new facility, and they provide champagne when you walk in the door (or sparkling water etc!) I've never gone to the dentist and wanted to go right back! They also provide noise cancelling headphones that you can use to watch Netflix or connect to your phone. I had a great customer experience and definitely recommend Dr. Kramer and his team. I told my husband about my visit and he already wants to go and it's not even time yet. read more

I was greeted with a mimosa upon entry by the friendly receptionist. (There's also non-alcoholic beverage options available.) I had a horrible experience with my last dental office and was searching for something different when I found Bright Dentistry. I am so glad I found them. Dental experiences will never be the same. This was my first time at Bright Dentistry. I decided to change Dentists after repeatedly telling my previous dentist of the pain I was having after he did a fill. I kept letting his staff know that I couldn't chew or floss on the right side of my mouth (where he did the fill) because of the pain. My last visit was in September of 2022, and they were going to let him know when he got back from his conference. I never heard back. As much as I love his staff, he wasn't willing to fix the problem. So, I decided to try Bright Dentistry and see if they can help me. After x-rays they showed me that I had a gap where the fill was made before and why I was getting the pain. We scheduled me to come back and get it fixed on Friday, February 24th. I am able to floss and chew on that side of my mouth now without any pain! Thank you, Bright Dentistry, for validating what I've been telling my previous dentist and fixing the problem.
