I am so glad I found West One Family Dental! The staff here is amazing! Tina, the pleasant lady at the front desk is very welcoming. The dental hygienists, assistants, and Dr. Wolf are such a caring bunch who make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The ambience of this dental office is well put together . One of the things I like most is the birdfeeders outside each dental chair window. It is very calming to watch the birds feed at the feeders. Dr. Wolf's chairside manor is one to be admired. He is very friendly, thorough and walk you through everything that he's going to do which at least puts my anxiety at ease. Their quality of care is exceptional, and I was impressed by the technology that they use. I now realize my dentist who had retired technology was out of date lol. They are very accommodating to your schedule and will work with you if you have a tight schedule. I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful dentist office! Each time I was given the option to reschedule or be put on the call list. The next appointment is always three to six months out. So the call list option has been, they call hours of their next appointment. If you have even a part of a life, it's impossible to make that appointment. The only thing I can figure - based on their scheduling issues - is that their hygienists don't come to work very often. When I expressed some frustration to the office staff, I was spoke to very rudely. I would recommend everyone find somewhere else to go. This place doesn't have great care for their patients.

I had to go home, bring back my paperwork, and only then was the amount corrected and refunded. I brushed it off--until the same thing happened to my husband. He was quoted one price, but when he arrived, they claimed he owed $175 more because they "forgot" to add something. And honestly, I don't understand why the deep cleaning itself is so expensive here compared to other offices. It makes you question whether you're really being charged fairly. If you provide a written estimate, that should be honored. Patients shouldn't have to fight to pay what was agreed upon. On top of that, they charge $299 to insurance for CloSYS (ultra sensitive)mouth rinse that costs about $12 online, and you still end up paying $31 out of pocket for it. That's an outrageous upcharge. I will be reporting this to the Colorado State Board of Dental Examiners. Please be cautious about costs here. Don't waste your money on overpriced add-ons or inflated "corrections" to your quote.
