And on top of the dentist's own actions, the behavior of their staff is honestly mind boggling. Their dental hygienist, Rachel Nicole, left a laughing reaction on my Facebook review discussing concerns about falsified medical records, missing allergy documentation, and serious patient safety issues. What makes this even harder to understand is that she presents herself publicly as someone whose role is "prevention and education," yet she has also made posts that come across as blaming and shaming patients for their struggles. Referring to people's oral health issues as simply "neglect" and suggesting they need to "break generational neglect and trauma" ignores the many real reasons people may struggle with their health, including circumstances outside of their control. To then respond to a patient raising serious concerns with a laughing reaction is incredibly hard to reconcile with the compassion and professionalism expected from a healthcare provider. When a dental practice suddenly receives a wave of five star reviews, disables Facebook reviews, and has staff publicly dismissing patient concerns, it says a lot about the culture of that office. The fish rots from the head down. They can turn off reviews and leave petty emojis, but they cannot erase a permanent public record.

I was very impressed by all of the new machinery that they used to get extensive images and x-rays. They were able to create 3D models that showed high-level details of my mouth within minutes. All the staff was courteous and professional. The facility was also very clean. Otherwise my visit felt transactional and impersonal which I personally do not expect from my dentist. The recommendations that I received for my dental care plan was the most expensive and inconvenient procedure with no other options being considered. Then I was dismissed to the scheduler who tried to schedule everything in the next few days. She wasn't overly pushy and I was able to politely decline but I was disappointed. In contrast, when I went to another dentist for a second opinion, I was given more reasonable and flexibility options that address my dental care needs based on priority and most cost-effective use of my insurance over time. Two different schools of thought. I understand them both very well but as a patient, I prefer having my suggested care plan provide me with incremental, customized options rather than just the most expensive one size fits most plan. I didn't post a review, but now I will. My first visit I went into an extreme panic attack where my body froze up and required me to have laughing gas. This has never happened to me before and I did not blame the dentist, but when I went back 6 months later, I was told that the dentist did my filling wrong so they had to redo it. They covered all the costs which I was happy about, but it was still traumatic. This was a childhood filling they replaced that I never had issues with, but I trusted their expert opinion and let them do it. I ended up with mouth pain and bite issues that I had to go back for. My second incident happened a few weeks ago when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was exploring all my options and my primary care doctor suggested I speak to my dentist regarding a dental device. I called, the office confirmed they do this type of thing, so I scheduled my appointment for after work. It was their latest appointment, so I took my toddler in their PJs expecting the appointment to be short. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes with my son starting to lose his mind before we were called into the office only to be told they don't do dental devices. They referred me somewhere else. Such a huge waste of time. I'm a pretty patient person and understand mistakes happen, but having this company automatically remove our account and inform me over text without any sort of real communication was the last straw.

Last time I was seen I had my braces still on and needed a cleaning and they had given away my appointment because they sent a text message to the wrong number and so I never confirmed my appt. They were able to squeeze me in for my cleaning and missed literally everything spot but managed to nick my gums pretty good. I understand braces can be weird to clean around but they took 5 minutes, called it a day and sent me on my way. This is probably the last time I will be seeing this office in particular and I will be finding a different comfort dental or another clinic/practice that values the patients time.

So bad I haven't been able to chew with my left side since Nov 2019. They did the cold test, referred me for root canal, then I came back for the few visits to get a crown on. The pain is completely gone and for the first time tonight in three years I was able to chew with both sides of my mouth and no pain. Thank you for fixing me!!

Over the years, I have met at least three of the dentists and several hygienists, ALL I've met have been excellent. They are kind friendly people, and they do not use high pressure sales tactics trying to get you to do work you don't need. I don't believe I've ever had a delayed appointment and I've never had a negative experience. Recently, I learned that they are not going to carry my current insurance in the future, but instead of dropping me, they gave me a nine month heads up AND they are continuing the existing coverage for the balance of the year. I looked into going to another dentist once I learned of the insurance change and that experience was a nightmare. I was reminded that not all dentist offices are as well run! They also offer their own insurance plan outside of Delta dental, if needed. Better to stick with an excellent, well run office than switch to an office that has horrific customer service.

Having been a loyal patient here for over 20 years, I was deeply shocked by the complete drop in standards. Typically, this office calls me in advance if my regular hygienist is unavailable. However, for this appointment, no one contacted me to give me notice, nor did anyone ask if I was willing to see a newly graduated hygienist instead. In stark contrast, my husband had a cleaning at the exact same time with his regular hygienist and was completely finished an hour before me, which immediately highlighted how poorly managed my session was. The entire appointment felt less like a visit to an established, professional dentist office and more like being a practice patient at a dental school. The cleaning itself was handled with a severe lack of proper care, positioning, and basic technique. My chair was positioned at such an extreme downward incline that it was physically impossible for me to swallow comfortably. A large, square device was placed on the left side of my mouth, which strained my jaw and made me feel like I was choking, the device released water with no suction or it was completely mismanaged, causing fluid to pool rapidly in my throat. When I was finally able to sit up, I spit a mouthful of water on my bib and asked what is that device you are using? Do not use it anymore it hurts and I can't breathe. On top of the immense physical distress, the technical quality of the cleaning was very painful and completely unacceptable; my teeth were not properly cleaned, and during flossing, the hygienist missed a majority of my back teeth on both sides of my mouth top and bottom. Furthermore, the X-rays were taken by this same inexperienced hygienist, who in my opinion should absolutely not be operating equipment or working without a trainer physically supervising him. The images were clearly not captured correctly, because when Dr. Sites came in to examine me instead of my regular doctor, he did not even display the X-rays on the screen above me to review. I explicitly told him that Dr. Howard has been monitoring a small cavity for me, which made me feel that my long-term patient records were completely ignored. Following the appointment, I developed a sore throat, severe headache on that exact side of my head due to the prolonged physical strain. To resolve this issue privately, I contacted the office manager directly. Her assistant assured me that she would call me back to address the situation, but it has now been a full week with absolutely no response. Because of this administrative failure and the complete disregard for my well-being, I have filed a grievance with my insurance company to dispute these charges for unsatisfactory service that was not correctly rendered. I truly do not want to find a new dentist after two decades of loyalty, but if this practice no longer cares about its long-term customers, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Suter is the best out there!…read more I had gone to several orthodontic locations here in the Springs, and Suter Orthodontics was the place that stood out above all the others. I feel comfortable every time I walk in, as I'm greeted by the lovely Mrs.Elena. The other orthos were either pricier for braces/Invisalign and even said I'd have to get teeth taken out. Ridiculous right! But I'm so glad I went with my gut feeling and began my braces journey with Dr. Suter and his team! I definitely recommend

After reaching out within 2 weeks of our consultation we were being charged for recording fees when my daughter did not receive braces. Although the staff was very nice, the hesitancy of the provider left me feeling unsettled. I was supposed to receive a reimbursement and no one has responded or given information after being transparent about why we are transferring our services. Get a second opinion, avoid signing anything and do not pay anything.

You are taught and mentored right along her side as she continually pursues further education and shares her vast knowledge with those who want to learn!!
