They are very hands on with the children and strike a great balance between having a serious learning environment filled with love and understanding. As expected, the experience of going to a new place without mommy and daddy was probably more traumatic for us than him. The staff immediately was very welcoming and warm and you could tell they really really liked kids and weren't just babysitting. After that first parting, the only tears chase shed were when it was time to say goodbye to his teachers and new friends when we came to pick him up at the end of a day. It is easy to get him excited about each new school day because each day brings a new activity or theme or experience. After school, he proudly displays his art and sings songs and really frankly plays better with other kids in the park. The teachers always have a warm smile when we drop him off or pick him up and give us a detailed progress report on his behavior torwards them and the other kids. This helps us sort through any issues that arise during his time there. The facility is very safe and secure and they have really gone the extra mile to get the best toys and art materials. I can't count the number of days chase has shown knowledge or new words (Spanish or english) that he said came from his wonderful teachers. We have met strangers in the park who were not very excited about their children's current schools and have never hesitated to glowingly recommend Play and Learn. Many of them are now his fellow students and new best friends. I can only say to prospective parents to get in now before the classes fill up or rates go up as the word gets out and demand goes through the roof. Ms Jorgelina gave me the tour and I just loved her vibe and the place with its huge playground and all the trees. I felt this was the place....and I was right. My daughter loves her school, she is always very happy and she is learning so much! They do so many activities and teach art, math, PE, gardening at a level that in other places is considered extracurricular. All the teachers are amazing, and we feel lucky to have Ms Laura, Ms Andrea, Ms Fernanda, Ms Ginel and Ms Jorgelina, with their vibrant energy and warm heart in my daughter's life. I…read morewas anxious about having to leave our son at daycare upon returning to work, but the wonderful team at Treehouse has made the transition so smooth. It is a warm and welcoming environment and everyone is attentive and very communicative. Earlier this month there was a billing issue outside of the administration's control and they were quick to offer a choice of solutions right away, which we greatly appreciated. While the "No parents beyond the waiting area" policy remains in place, I've found that there are still effective ways to stay connected with my child's education and teachers. Upon request, teachers are available to speak with parents during drop-off or pick-up times, and phone calls are welcome for important communications. I recently attended a parent-teacher conference with my daughter's teacher, which was informative with regard to my child's development. The school has been proactive in sharing information about classroom activities, allowing me to reinforce learning concepts at home. Additionally, Treehouse organizes monthly activities where parents can participate, fostering engagement with the school community. I've come to understand the operational efficiency of the new drop-off system, which helps classrooms run more smoothly. Also, on most days I feel like the drop off at the front of the school in the waiting area is a better transition into the day for my child. I still believe It would be beneficial if parents could pick up their children from the classroom or playground, as this provides valuable insight into the learning environment and allows for a brief connection with my child's teacher. I'd really appreciate it if Treehouse would consider allowing parents back into the playground for pickups. I appreciate the administration's responsiveness to parent concerns and their willingness to discuss and address issues. Treehouse has demonstrated a commitment to maintaining open communication and finding ways to keep parents involved in their children's education. Overall, my experience with Treehouse has been a positive one and I'm grateful for their efforts to balance operational needs with parent involvement. His teacher Ms Sujata is attentive and caring, she is brilliant at observing the child and providing just the right stimulation and support. She played a crucial part in building our son's confidence, developing his social skills, emotional intelligence and broadening his knowledge. She has given us plenty of great tips on how to support our son through various challenges. She is a professional you can trust every step of the way. I really appreciate that the school has a strong value system, so kindness and respect are truly FELT in the classrooms. My son is quite sensitive, so it was precious to have peace of mind and know that he feels safe at school. Last but not least, the school administration has been very responsive and forthcoming to meet all our needs. This kind of flexibility and personal approach is impossible to find anywhere else from my experience. I highly recommend Village Montessori to parents that are looking for excellent early education. Ok,so this is the second year my kid is in this school. When…read morewe we're looking for a preschool for our toddler we initially wanted a Montessori as it was highly recommended by few friends.Anyway the school was already booked for the next year. We did a tour and liked a school,and we were pretty satisfied with a year our two year old completed here. We decided to continue,but this year is a different story. Actually a friend of mine whose kid was in different class,pulled her kid before this school year,pointing out that school has some issues. I don't know if that's because the director changed or the school run out of money,but activities became so limited.Most of the days kids just doing coloring and painting,not much of diverse materials are used even though you pay for it.Last year was much better regarding this.Curriculum missing some creativity. This year there have been zero field trips even though they were promised. Instead of taking kids to a museum tour as a field trip,they invite you(it's optional activity)to bring your kids on the weekend for a museum tour and charge you like 60$ per ticket.Ridiculous. Christmas party that was planned for a while was basically a bounce house. Other important thing,they are short on staff. The pictures of daily kids activities are posted on the app not very often.For that I don't blame the teacher(my kid teacher is great by the way,knowledgeable,passionate and caring and we really like her),but she is by herself most of the times so obviously can't do everything. On the good note,the school is very clean,super safe,everyone is friendly,the atmosphere is great,front desk ladies are amazing,very communicative and always there for any questions,ready to help you out with a smile. My kid's teacher is amazing as well,she pours all of her heart in care for the children. So to conclude they should invest more (financially and academically)to make a better experience for the children.

This had been the first time my son would be away from us (he's 4 yrs old) and the transition was marvelous. He loved going to school everyday. He made great friends and in a short period of time (5 months) he's learned so much, it's unbelievable to me! Unfortunately we are moving to another city and honestly, the saddest part for me has been withdrawing my son from BIA. I love how involved parents can be (I sure was!) and the learning environment is fantastic. My son and I have nothing but great memories to take with us from BIA and can only hope that his next preschool is remotely close to how awesome BIA is.
