The installation contract had a 12 month warranty on installation; however, when repairs were needed due to a drainage issue, he was nowhere to be found. He was unresponsive, evasive, told us he had bigger jobs to worry about, and the repair was "not on him". He does not stand behind his work nor does he live up to his business agreements. If you are considering turf installation, seek out a different installer to avoid issues in the future.
