Life was extremely hectic that week and I was lucky enough to deal with Mike Grady. He went above and beyond to make this fast and simple..even took the time to call my insurance company for me. You can't add your card to your apple wallet, you can scan a check into the app. It's all so outdated. My account went overdrawn while working to change things over to a new bank and they charge you for the fees...makes sense. One day I checked and they charged me 6 times at once. So I call and I tell the very rude lady on the phone that I'm taking care of it and I have already switched the bill to my new account. I'm not sure why they keep trying to take it out of this account but in the meantime could you help me stop these fees from coming out. She said no as quick and rude as possible. I am highly impressed with this Citizen's Bank. I recently came to this supermarket branch to…read moredeposit money and take some spending money out for various endeavors. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry. . . took my cash and rushed out. It was only until later I realized they shorted me $50. I called the bank immediately (5 minutes before they were set to close) and explained the situation. The teller was helpful in saying he'd check with the other employee's drawers at close to see if anyone was over. To my dismay, the following day I received a call explaining that all the drawers came out even and that there was nothing else they could do. I was furious!!! I was absolutely positive, without a doubt that I had been shorted. I simmered in anger for a few days. That was, until I received a letter in the mail saying my account had been credited $50 for a mistake made on their part. Amazing!!! Yaaaay! Glad things were fixed without my even having to push the higher ups to correct their mistake. The bank redeemed themselves in my eyes because I was on the verge of transferring my funds to another bank (not just due to this situation but from service rendered overtime through many different branches). At least I can be assured this bank is trustworthy in a sense.
