Because she left him a bad review. What's a vacation have to do with you not being able to stick a vent cleaning device in a vent? The vent runs east and west on the south side of the room he snakes the plunger north a foot from my daughters room in electric cords running from breaker to her room. How can you claim to clean vents when you don't even put the snake plunger in the vent. It's the simplest and easiest job in the world. I used a coat hanger to pull it ouT grabbing the head of it from the hole In The ceiling. You could've burned down their house by starting and electrical fire or ripped the electric cables out of the breaker. I bet you were pulling hard because the cables were pulled into the truss behind the head of the snake. I pulled the head to the hole in ceiling by door. Look two reviews down. Ashley M. She states he was awful. And he left the snake plunger stuck in ceiling. In pictures over head view of this guys shotty work. And the vent above dryer showing he didn't even stick the snake in the vent. I spent three hours getting the snake out of rafters and away from electrical cables

I'm in the military, moving cross country to Fargo, ND. Family is already at the new house, had an…read moreappointment at 1200 noon to get the carpets cleaned before the house hold goods arrive 2 days later. Get a call at 12:34 (after my scheduled time) and the technician states, "Sorry to inform you, but I woke up this morning and my van won't start, battery went out, so I won't be able to clean your carpets today, it's in the shop right now." After talking to the technician, the Oxy Freash representatives, and owner of Oxy Fresh in Fargo they stated the earliest they can now get in to clean the carpets is Thursday next week.(a week away) So, do they just have 1 technician and 1 van for the whole company? Very confused. Firstly, if it's just a battery, that can be changed in 15 minutes by my 10 year old son even. (Honestly, my son helped me change the battery in my wife's van 2 weeks ago basically did it himself) Secondly, if you knew there was an issue this morning, why were my family and I not notified directly after the issue was identified,(and not until after our scheduled appoint) (And they have my wife trying to call around for half an hour wondering what is going on and why the technician never showed at 1200 noon??), this is unsatisfactory) so we could have more time to call and find someone else/different company before our House Hold Goods arrive in 2 days. Thirdly, how can you not work with the 'customer' to squeak out a time that will work for them in the allotted time and stand by your serves. (Not very understanding, I guess if they can't help you because of their issues the customer gets kicked to the 'back of the line', try again) Not to happy about all this, I get it, stuff happens that is out of certain control, but this could have been handled better instead of just making the customer feel that since this is a 'holiday weekend'(Labor Day) that they will need to wait on them until they can 'get around to it'. I grew up in the mid-west with a 'mid-west work ethic' (hardest workers in the country) that has benefited my county and career in the military. Has this much changed since I left my home state 13 years ago to serve my country? Unsat.
