Great decision! Even though my appointment was scheduled for 8 and the driver didn't get to my house until 8:40. :( He was professional and friendly. I liked that I even had a coupon for my living room, but once he measured the room it was actually cheaper not to use my coupon!! Could've just taken my money but didn't. Also, he didn't start work until I signed off on the price so I knew what I was getting into. I would recommend them. Unfortunately, they don't clean air ducts, but did recommend me to another company.

Get a call at 12:34 (after my scheduled time) and the technician states, "Sorry to inform you, but I woke up this morning and my van won't start, battery went out, so I won't be able to clean your carpets today, it's in the shop right now." After talking to the technician, the Oxy Freash representatives, and owner of Oxy Fresh in Fargo they stated the earliest they can now get in to clean the carpets is Thursday next week.(a week away) So, do they just have 1 technician and 1 van for the whole company? Very confused. Firstly, if it's just a battery, that can be changed in 15 minutes by my 10 year old son even. (Honestly, my son helped me change the battery in my wife's van 2 weeks ago basically did it himself) Secondly, if you knew there was an issue this morning, why were my family and I not notified directly after the issue was identified,(and not until after our scheduled appoint) (And they have my wife trying to call around for half an hour wondering what is going on and why the technician never showed at 1200 noon??), this is unsatisfactory) so we could have more time to call and find someone else/different company before our House Hold Goods arrive in 2 days. Thirdly, how can you not work with the 'customer' to squeak out a time that will work for them in the allotted time and stand by your serves. (Not very understanding, I guess if they can't help you because of their issues the customer gets kicked to the 'back of the line', try again) Not to happy about all this, I get it, stuff happens that is out of certain control, but this could have been handled better instead of just making the customer feel that since this is a 'holiday weekend'(Labor Day) that they will need to wait on them until they can 'get around to it'. I grew up in the mid-west with a 'mid-west work ethic' (hardest workers in the country) that has benefited my county and career in the military. Has this much changed since I left my home state 13 years ago to serve my country? Unsat.
