Because she left him a bad review. What's a vacation have to do with you not being able to stick a vent cleaning device in a vent? The vent runs east and west on the south side of the room he snakes the plunger north a foot from my daughters room in electric cords running from breaker to her room. How can you claim to clean vents when you don't even put the snake plunger in the vent. It's the simplest and easiest job in the world. I used a coat hanger to pull it ouT grabbing the head of it from the hole In The ceiling. You could've burned down their house by starting and electrical fire or ripped the electric cables out of the breaker. I bet you were pulling hard because the cables were pulled into the truss behind the head of the snake. I pulled the head to the hole in ceiling by door. Look two reviews down. Ashley M. She states he was awful. And he left the snake plunger stuck in ceiling. In pictures over head view of this guys shotty work. I received my bill with only the total amount listed. I asked for an itemized bill. That bill listed the items I was being charged for but not the amount for each charge. I immediately noticed I was being charged for services they did not perform. They did take off a small amount from my bill but not what I believe they billed me for on the original bill. They also charged me for more equipment than what they used at my home and was told false information by their estimator. The reason they gave me for my bill being so inaccurate was because they had so many jobs going on. Really?? After many phone conversations I was told no further adjustments would be made to my bill. There was actual no indication that our carpets had been cleaned at all, but I've got to assume they at least showed up. Their invoices say "satisfaction guaranteed", but that's certainly not our experience. We ended up hiring a different company who came in and did a good job of cleaning the carpets- including removing all the cat hair. K&S did nothing to make up for doing an extremely poor job and were actually quite rude about it in fact. If you hire them know that poor quality work is a real possibility, and if the work is poor they won't stand behind any satisfaction guarantee and they won't treat you with respect. They've been around a long time, have grown considerably, but no longer seem to care about the quality of their work.

We contacted K&S Carpet Cleaners & Restoration to have them do the carpets. The workers arrived on time, were extremely polite, did the cleaning quickly and did a wonderful job. I received a curtesy call from the company a few days later asking if I was pleased with the job that had been done or if there were any issues. I told the lady I was happy and all was well except the one spot that they had taken out when dry was still there, although it was way smaller than it had been. She said she would send them out to redo it, sometimes as the carpet dries a stubborn spot may need to be redone. I was surprised that they would offer to come back and redo this at no charge! Wonderful company, polite and respectful in the office as well as the gentlemen that cleaned my carpets. I could not be happier and will certainly use this company again in the future.
