I am new to the Brighton/Howell area and seeking a new primary care physician that I can establish a long term relationship with. My first appointment as a new patient was not a good one. Twenty-five minutes past my appointment time, I finally asked what the delay was. The response was with no apology. "I'm waiting on the staff to arrive. They are late due to the weather." I prepared for the bad weather and arrived EARLY to avoid a bad impression of being late for my first appointment. At 9:45 I was finally called back for my weight and blood pressures, etc., and I noticed the assistant wearing very worn and faded jeans. Another staff member arrived and walked into the room complaining about forgetting her cell phone and how her kids would not be able to contact her today. She continued a "complaint filled" conversation with the assistant. Never acknowledging my presence in the room. At that point I left, telling them why and how unprofessional the blue jeans looked. Then I received a flip comment about how "we pay to wear jeans and the money is given to charity." I feel you can still look professional and still give to charity. The other staff member piped in about how good their doctor was. Well...your staff is also a reflection of the doctor. I had a bad vibe from the beginning. This is not how I wanted to establish a new doctor. I can't even rate them. I would have given them zero stars, but I cannot post until you give them a rating. Never felt welcome. read more

Absolutely the worst experience we have had. My wife made an appointment for hip pain she's had for years. To start, she didn't even see the doctor until one hour after her appointment was supposed to start. He then spends all of fifteen minutes being confused about our insurance, having my wife do a few mobility tests, and suggests she take some ibuprofen. All of this is accompanied with a self righteous attitude and constant talking to her like she is stupid. After all of this, he suggests that we make a follow up appointment for one month later. For what? He literally didn't do anything while we were there the first time. Didn't ask why her hip hurts, how long it has hurt, or even where exactly the pain is. Absolute waste of my time and money. Will NEVER return. read more
